the parking is difficult as you can’t pre book - we booked a space nearby for the same price and I’m glad we did as on arrival there were no spaces at the hotels and the cars are parked everywhere so I wouldn’t have felt my car was secure

The beds werent the comfiest, basically 2 single beds pulled together.

The hospitality was great, and the evening buffet was excellent, clean, presentable, and close to the tube for the piccadilly line.

Car parking isn't great, there is parking available however very limited. When these spaces are gone, there was apt of cars just abandoned around the carpark, making it hard to move/leave. You also need to pay for the parking separately. While I have no objections to paying, it would have been easier/better if this was included in the initial price of the room. Although I also understand why that could be an issue with it being a small carpark. We also found the mattress to be pretty hard, however we have felt overly hard mattresses has been an issue at a few places we have stayed recently, so maybe it is just us.

Location was great for what we needed. Hotel was clean. Staff were lovely, when checking in Rohit was very nice. Chatted to us and had a bit of a laugh, he also gave us a free room upgrade.

The car park is really limited so it can be a nightmare to get parked. The sausages and scrambled egg on the breakfast buffet were awful. If I were the hotel I'd change sausage brand completely they were pink and tastless

All i didn't like is lighting in room it was bit dark in front of mirror because light coming from other side and no light on top of mirror.

Exceptional hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms and always feels welcoming. Staff are always so helpful; especially Monica who on this occasion upgraded our stay and when the room wasn’t made up in time, quickly transferred us to a new room and offered us a complimentary bottle of wine by way of apology for the inconvenience.

Lighting in the room was weird, and parts of the room were murky, including the only closet in the room. There was nothing in the door area of the room to hang your coats or store your shoes. Double bed was two singles with wheels under them, so they needed to be pushed together constantly. Pillows were very thin. The staff warned us about breakfast when we checked in, and they were not wrong. I mean, it was ok, but for example cheese slices were hard from the edges like they had been there for a while. And I must mention the coffee at the breakfast separately. It was the worst coffee I've ever tasted :D If you like coffee, bring some instant from the room because it will be better than what they offer you at the breakfast. The room was supposed to be soundproof, but we could hear ambulances and planes and neighbors sometimes.

There were available parking on the premises. Bed was comfortable.

Everything was fine but our room had a broken window, some holes on the wall, mold on the ceiling and some problem with the charging spot

Poor breakfast , hardly any of the food was put out when restaurant opened . People waiting around for it to arrive.
