Rooms are a bit on the smaller side. It's fine if you are only spending a few nights, but if staying longer, it may be a bit cramped. If you don't have transport, taxis can become a bit pricey.

Rooms are clean, TVs are great size, staff are always friendly and helpful, location is decent. KFC, McDonald's and Harvester are easily walk-able. Reasonable garage with Subway, and Greggs on-site.

Better labelling of breakfast utilities would be helpful. I found myself filling a glass with vanilla, thinking it was fruit juice. Who wants liquid vanilla for breakfast anyway?

Nice, simple, budget friendly hotel. Room was comfortable. The breakfast looked nice although didn't have time to have it. It was easily accessible by car on the edge of town.

Bedding was torn but rectified once staff told. Coffee are never seemed to be open other than in the morning which was a pity. Other guests lack of consideration ( beyond the staff's control).

The location was excellent. The parking was good. Staff were friendly. Room was a good size and the bathroom was very clean. Value for money. Nice modern building. House keeping staff were friendly too.

Room def on the compact size. Bathroom ok but a tight fit for the loo between loo rolls and sink. Room issued overlooked dual carriageway. Far too noisy (we did get a move to overlook gge car park so quieter). The on-site Starbucks(!) closes at 2pm: which conveniently corresponded with the earliest check in time. Annoying when you'd expect to be able to get a drink or decent coffee

Bed was comfortable. 2 good pillows per person. Good sized fluffy towels. Good shower pressure. Room was clean. Hairdryer and kettle, shower gel and shampoo tubes provided. Price of room was fair. You wouldn't stay here on your holidays but for an overnight stay its as good as expected.

The shower floor was very slippy - could have done with a shower mat, although I am sure something would have been sorted if we had asked.

Great location Very helpful and friendly staff. Bar/lounge area very good and the availability of pizzas in the evening. Free parking, very close to hotel entrance.

Not easiest place to find despite being on a major roundabout. Very limited food offer, but MacDonalds and Subway on same site.

There weren't enough tea bags or milk in the room. I couldn't find the instructions for the heater, so it was too hot some of the time and also too cold, I couldn't get the temperature just right.

The hotel was very clean and tidy. Helpful staff members. They offered gluten-free alternatives. Great location as a base to go and see Wales. Walking distance to a few different fast food places.
