The room was a bit dusty, as were the bedsheets but apart from that, it was a very comfy place to stay

The staff were extremely helpful and made sure to let me know if anything I would need. They were even able to upgrade my room for my stay and made sure I was comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean.

We didn’t have water for the bathroom and for taking a shower for more then 4 hours after we arrived. After a long trip, the person at the reception tells me first it will be water in 30 minutes then he said in 2 hours. The power from the room stop in the middle of the night and after I ask the reception what’s going on, he said that is usual and I need to fix from the electric panel by my own. Very uncomfortable not being able to flush the toilet and to use it. And after all, there was no apologies for all of this, that’s what makes things very different.

Great location with lovely local cafes a stones throw away, 2 underground stations (Bayswater and Queensway) a 5 min walk. Really friendly helpful staff and lovely rooms. the hotel has been newly refurbished and whilst rooms were small they were lovely and clean and modern with everything you needed. loved it

There was not much to not like about this hotel. The rooms could do with another bin, there was only a tiny one in the bathroom, which was not substantial enough when making drinks and for general rubbish.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. Even though the Hotel does not provide breakfasts they provide a list of close by establishments which you may like, to be honest there are loads of lovely places to grab a bite to eat very close by. The Bedrooms were small but comfortable and clean as was the bathroom. The location was excellent, we were closest to Bayswater tube station.

A little more cleaning would be appreciated and if you really want a good night rest you may be aware that you may hear what is happening in the room next to you - depending on how loud its occupants are.

I paid for a single standard room and got a double when I arrived so I was happy. The bathroom was clean, and the room was bigger than I thought. Great for a couple of nights and a short stay! Nice neighborhood too.

They took our towels even through they weren't supposed to be taken (the Hotel even has a note telling people to hang towels that need no changing). Then, they forgot to put new small ones (only the big ones). Seems a bit like house keeping is not in synch (yet). We asked for an additional blanket, but that was not possible for some reason. No trash can in the room.

Good location close to major underground lines and the Hyde Park. Stuff was very nice! The rooms and the hotel very clean and modern - something great in London! :) It was quiet enough (also something not very common in London). And all that for a decent price. We were generally very happy and have no major complain. Thank you.
