The sofa bed was uncomfortable and when down took up majority of room in the living room. The living room was small even with the sofas as a sofa and there was nowhere to put clothes away for the person sleeping in that room.

The main bedroom was beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. It was clean.

The flat was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. It is in a perfect location as situated just off the cliff top, in between the North and South Bay with a short walk to either. On street parking was a huge bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you 🙂.

This was our second stay at seaside hideaway and was a little disappointed with the condition of the apartment there is obviously some issues with damp in several places through the apartment the kitchen floor was very spongey and patches of wet in the bedroom and hallway there is also a box in the living room which is open with numerous wires going into it which needs covering. I was also disappointed that I contacted the owner on the first day and had no reply. The up stairs residents where also very noisy first thing in the morning but sounded like they had wooden floors and children so not really much you can do.

The sofa beds were rock hard even with the toppers on there was no comfort to be had. We left a night early because 2 nights of no sleep was enough. There was damp patches on the walls in the hallway that were peeling a bit and it smelt a bit musty, there was a dehumidifier on which helped some. There was also damp on the bathroom ceilings. There was a little outside area outside the back door with dog muck in the yard.

The location was good and we managed to park right outside which was great. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, plenty of utensils so you can cater for yourself, the bedroom is a nice size, there are two bathrooms which is handy. It's a short walk into the centre of town. The view from the top of the top of the street across the coast is fab. It's pet friendly and there are bowls and other bits and bobs for dogs

The parking was not so good. The garage is far too small for most vehicles and you've got no chance of parking on the street using the scatchcard. A designated parking spot would be better.

We stayed for 3 nights and the house above was occupied for the first 2 nights. Either the floors/ceilings in between are incredibly thin or the people staying above were exceptionally noisy, but we struggled to get to sleep with the racket coming from above. Unless that can be addressed by the owners, then I would not recommend staying here.

We loved the location, just above the North Bay and near the castle, on a very quiet street. The bed was comfortable and cosy, the shower in the back bathroom was powerful and the kitchen and living room were of a good size and well-equipped. Also, the host, Micah, was very responsive to any messages we sent.

Travel cot was full of crumbs and had stains on the mattress and it smelt fusty. My daughter had to sleep in bed with me which wasn’t ideal. And the garage parking is only suitable for an extremely small car and mine wouldn’t fit. The on street parking is very difficult and only managed to park on it once the whole time I was there.
