Perhaps a blackout blind in the bedroom in view of the location of a street light just outside the window.

We stayed for two nights having selected the hotel by reason of its exceptional customer feedback. We were not disappointed! All the staff we dealt with were delightful from check-in to the staff at breakfast. We were made to feel at home in a way that you would not normally get from a national or global chain. We stayed in the Apartment and the cleanliness and accommodation was delightful - a real 'home' from 'home'. The breakfast was excellent, catering for all tastes, and the full breakfast cooked to order and therefore 'hot' and fresh. We also appreciated the secure car-parking at the hotel and the very honest guidance on the hotel's website as to the narrow entry to the car park which might not suit larger vehicles. We will certainly return!

As a vegetarian was disappointed there wasn't an alternative meat option given the availability of these items, yet meat eaters offered bacon and or sausages. Car access is extremely tight with posts on the roads making larger cars impossible to naviate around.

Lovely hotel, room spacious and well equipped along with being clean. Lots of tea, coffee and uht milk pots and a bottle of water, always well received after a long drive.

Getting into the car park was one of the most stressful things I've done! Despite the warnings and the video kindly sent by the staff, it did not prepare me for exactly how tight the entrance is.

My room was immaculate, the bed really comfy. Thd mini fridge in my room was a welcome touch as were the toiletries in the bathroom. The breakfast selection was fantastic and easily accessible to give a relaxed feel. The cooked breakfast was delicious.

The weather! Also Carmarthen is not imo the most interesting of towns but that’s a personal evaluation and your tastes may differ, and it’s nothing to do with the hotel. Assuming you have a car there are plenty of other places nearby enough. No complaints.

Breakfast was very good. The room we had (#25, 2 br) was comfortable, spacious, clean and well appointed. Bathroom good. The bedrooms were very quiet most of the night, in the morning you can hear people moving around upstairs but whether that’s an issue depends on how late you sleep, how late they sleep etc; not a problem for me in this case. Parking is tight to get in but this is well noted on the site description and well explained what you need to do. Deserves its high review rating.

Only had 1 pillow and couldn't find any extra in the cupboards. Car Park has a narrow entrance, but the hotel makes you very aware of this issue, but it still makes you anxious driving in. Toast came out very early in relation to the rest of your cooked breakfast.. I like my toast hot with my breakfast, that's just my preference though.

Room was beautiful, very modern and very luxurious, with a mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board. location is perfect. Breakfast was nice.

Location !! Staff made you feel really welcome. Expecting just a room in a hotel but we had a lounge too which was spacious . Home from home. Breakfast was very good Will definitely stay again. A visit to the lyric theatre is highly recommended

The entrance to the car park at the rear of the hotel is very narrow so make sure your car is level with the opening
