Be prepared for stairs. It's kinda obvious if you know London but there is no lift and if you struggle with mobility this is not a good option. The room and bathroom are cramped but clean.

If location and price is what is important to you then this is a great choice. You'll have to lug your bags up to 4 flights of stairs and not be able to walk around the bed but it will be comfortable and warm and close to everything!

Very old fashioned feel from the room. Room wasn’t ready on arrival and had toiletries missing. Furthermore, a room located on the top floor with 8 sets of stairs to climb without elevator access isn’t great.

The bed was comfortable and the location to the underground was good.

They didn’t let us in (just to sit in the couch at the reception) and we were left in the cold and rain outside with two babies for around an hour.

At about 3am I was woken by a noise. It didn't appear to be on my room. It continued for some tone do I looked at emergency contacts and sent a WhatsApp message. Didn't get a reply so phoned number but got voicemail. Eventually the noise stopped. No one ever replied to my text. Better provision needed for emergency

Room was fine. I was allowed to drop my bag off there before check in time which was very useful. Receptionist very friendly.

Ol, tired, lumpy beds.

It was tited and basic. However, it was in a lovely and ideal location. Best only for one or two nights at most. The price clinched it, this time round. We won't say again. It served a purpose and the shower was v good.

The duct tape holding the bathroom floor together and faulty door key lock. The incessant heat all night long despite it being cold outside and leaving the window open day and night. The incredibly small shower and too small 'double' bed.

No breakfast provided although advertised as B&B. Beds were uncomfortable with springs you could feel on the mattress. Bathroom bin not emptied before arrival. No curtains in room and looked out onto residential buildings. A curtain was provided, this was due to the room being painted. Masking tape was still on the pictures. Bathroom ok but vanity unit peeling with damp.

Small room but tidy. Nice staff. Room was quiet but could here people on stairs Nice area with amenities in walking distance.

There was so many marks in the room in all different places and there was old paint splatter in the room aswell. There was mould at the window and we couldn't get the window open to get fresh air plus there was no air conditioning aswell.

Rok 219 needs to be refreshed, the furniture is worn out and there is cracking plaster on the walls. And above all, the door locks should be replaced, because closing them every time is a real torture.

Simple, ordinary room in a hotel located in a quiet area almost in the center of London. For this money, it's hard to find a better offer.

There was some mod in the room which is a real turn off. Its an old building and there were no facilities for contacting the managers in the middle of the night when we needed help

They were accommodating even when we came after their opening hours. Payment at site so no risk, The reception staff was also very kind and offered us a room on the first floor rather than having to go to the attic. Good bathroom facilities and the bed was neat

Room had a slight odour Not a big enough bedside unit in the room for two people sharing or teasing or coffees.

It was close to the area I was visiting. Quiet area. Close to Victoria station/underground ( 10mins and Pimlico (5mins)underground Got what I asked for a ground floor. Room was small but functional. Clean beds bathroom. The room could do with a revamp I would stay again price was accurate for the stay. It was cheap for the area as well so can’t complain

The facilities where not great. I couldn’t find the television remote despite their being a TV in the room and it was advertised as having a television. The lock on the door wasn’t entirely competent and so this placed the element of doubt when it came to security. The decor (wall pictures and lights) where skewed and old. There was dust in the wardrobe.

The property was in a good location, close to where I needed to be the following day and had good resources near by I.e late night shops to get toiletries etc.
