Not a dislike, and it is in the details, but nowhere to cook apart from the barbecue, and nowhere to wash up as one very small sink. Didn't affect us as it wasn't an issue, but just so others are aware. I did notice a strange smell by the locked door at times. Also would be good if you could see out of balcony either from higher outside chairs or lower/ glass wall. Just a suggestion!

What a gem of a place! Compact and clean in an excellent location with stunning views! Lovely, comfortable big bed and modern powerful shower. Enough facilities for a short stay. Great communication from the owner. Loved the outside balcony with sea view. Also lots of little extras like tea, coffee etc and even a bottle of wine in the fridge. Strong, free WiFi and free, safe parking. Would definitely go back again and recommend to others.

If I had to nitpick, I would say the sofa has seen better days and the bathroom sink is very small but apart from that, I cant fault it.

The location is perfect, 300 meters from the beach and a 10-minute walk into the town centre. The room is small but cosy, the shower was much better than I expected and the balcony with a sea view was used for BBQing 1 night. It's not a full kitchen but cutlery, plates, etc were provided for microwaving or BBQing. The owners' communication was spot on, they provided all the information required with detailed directions.

Overall is was fine, but a few minor things for me - the curtains were very thin and it meant at this time of the year, the room was light just after 4 am. Wasn't too much of a issue but could really do with much thicker curtains. The main thing was the hand basin - it was tiny and in reality, useless. I know space is obviously limited, but this was ridiculous. While the view of the sea from the decking was lovely, the area below looked like a junk yard. Not sure if the owner has any say in it (in fairness probably not), but it could do with tidying up

Reasonably large room with bathroom and a decking area. Large comfortable bed and had all the facilities you'd need - TV, couch, kettle (with tea bags, coffee and sugar), microwave, small fridge freezer, cutlery, plates etc. On the decking area there was also a gas BBQ available to use.

-Sink is extremely small, -The walls on the terrace could be smaller or made of glass so that you could see the sea when sitting on the sun loungers

If you're wanting to cook though, it may be a bit too small for you as it's a room and bathroom with no proper kitchenette. This wasn't an issue for us as we like to eat out. The satnav didn't give the right location. It's the side door you need to find for entrance to property.

Great studio apartment in a fantastic location with a lovely sea view from the terrace. Really fab shower as well.

Had a little trouble finding it, as wasn’t entirely sure the sat nav was right, it was only when I remembered the picture of the side door on the website, that I knew we were there….other than that….perfect for our needs.

Lovely cosy room, with a lovely view of the sea. It had everything we needed, with little extra touches thrown in. The owner was easily contactable if needed. Big comfy bed, with lots of space!

I did feel that there was a fusty smell when we arrived in the apartment. The towels and bedding was worn and stained. We did a trip to the laundrette to wash everything. The apartment could do with a good refurb, a good deep clean with some new things such as floor mats and maybe some curtains as the ones up let all the light in.

The apartment was in an amazing location, literally 5 minutes walk to the beach. It was also a 5 minute drive to all the local shops and restaurants. The apartment wasn’t a bad size, the bed was really spacious which was amazing. We was able to contact Aaron at any point and he would reply in a timely manner. Good stay over all

- The bed side closest to the window had cobwebs and dust over the lamp and onto the wall, I put it down to being quiet in winter season and possibly the room hasn’t been let out for a week or so, but it would have been nice if it had had a little check before I got in. - Shower, rainfall shower head has low pressure and it would only come out cold, possibly because of the slow flow…it’s fine as there is a normal shower head with great pressure but would have been nice for both to be a good standard. - Some of the furniture in the room was a little tired, you could tell it was old furniture with a new purpose… but without a lick of paint or a revamp. Lots of odd bits and bobs, would be nice if it had a committed design style, I.e go full Boho-Hippy or Nautical interior …or as it’s called the surf lookout make surfing and the sea a consistent design feature. The room was lush and the view was to die for, but it could do with a refresh, even if just a little one. - Tiny touches that would be easy to improve,for example the welcome pack had a split cover which could be easily replaced. - No sink for washing up, just a small bathroom hand basin.

- Lush Sea Views, amazing to stand on the decking and take in the sea air, I don’t do much surfing …i’m a fair weather body-boarder…but you could look out to fistral and check on the surf. - AirB&B style accom, had no contact with the owners other than over messages, but it was quite nice to just relax and enjoy my own apartment for the week. I didn’t need to contact the owners as communication was well organised and the room was as it should be however I felt if I needed them it would be easy to get in touch. - Spacious Bed, cosy and comfortable. - Modern Bathroom - Smart TV - Wine in the Fridge, Ice in the Freezer and the generous Tea and Coffee stand was a lovely touch.
