Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomIt was a bit strange you couldn't access iplayer as this is normally free and available without any login or code required. We couldn't find the skylight window pole- perhaps state location of this in the folder of useful information. If you use the sofa bed in the living area, it can be quite noisy due to a surprisingly high number of vehicles rumbling past the window.
Perfect location, so close to the coast, St Ives, Land's End, Minack Theatre, Penzance and The Lizard. Lovely clean rooms and fully equipped. The main bedroom was very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom and shower were great with lovely towels, heated towel rail and toiletries included. The biscuits and milk were a particularly welcoming touch! The host was very friendly and is always prepared to help or offer advice. Thank you for a wonderful 3 night stay.

IsraelI stayed 6 days and enjoyed it very much ! Mary was extremely nice and welcoming. The unit is very comfortable and pleasant, very clean , wonderful walk-in shower, and a very well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine. The parking is great, inside the property.

We loved the property it was in a lovely location with parking available. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The property was exceptionally well presented and equipped and extremely clean. We would highly recommend a stay here. Wonderful for couples. Location is excellent for touring area. We will definitely be returning.

Very clean, comfortable, well equipped holiday home in a lovely quiet village location. Just a few minutes drive to Penzance and with easy access to all area of West Cornwall. Kind and helpful hosts who live in adjacent property, always available for help and advice, but respectful of the privacy of their guests. Dedicated parking area with access to an electric socket for charging an electric car (for which I paid a very fair additional cost for the electricity consumed). Highly recommended.

The Annex is in a perfect location for exploring West Cornwall, but is also a lovely place in which to just relax. Mary was a most welcoming, friendly and informative host who obviously takes great pride in her accommodation. And my stay was capped off perfectly by a fascinating hour spent in Adrian's studio learning about his art and his inspirations.
