Great welcome from Ali and Dave. Room lovely and clean. Breakfast cooked fresh and well presented. Good quiet location with lots of on street parking. Corner shop ideal for papers etc sells everything. Highly recommended

Friendly owners with that go out of their way for you and nothing too much trouble. So much so I left a nice £££ tip for them to enjoy themselves too.

Hosts are lovely and welcoming . The room was lovely and clean and some lovely little touches in regards to toiletries, biscuits and plenty of milk tea and coffee , we were offered a cup of tea and cake on arrival

Dave & Ali were lovely hosts, really helpful in where and what to do. Although we were towards the end of the town, it was lovely and quiet, the promenade was 50mtrs away and a lovely stroll, the bus stops within 50mtrs, and every 8-10 mins either way ( main llandudno area less than 5mins ride away), breakfast was great and always asked do you want more toast,tea, coffee, beds were very comfortable, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you both for a fantastic stay and all the best for the wedding.

We were always early for breakfast, but Dave was there smiling and the hot beverages arrived a couple of minutes later, followed by a full English. Nice clean room. Loved the milk in the little bottles, much better than sachets.

No lift to upper floors or toilet on ground floor. Force from shower head water current was too gentle for my liking. My room was small for a double bed and I felt a little cramped at times due to sloping ceiling.

Breakfast choices were varied with quality sausages and bacon and free range eggs. The guesthouse was decorated to a high standard offering a blend of cosiness and refinement. The hosts were helpful and considerate to guests' needs.

Everything was excellent.

We were made very welcome from the minute we stepped through the front door. The whole place was spotless. Dave and Ali really looked after everybody who was there and they both worked really hard. The breakfast was cooked perfectly, the room was one of the best we have stayed in for many years, so too was the rest of the house. We would thoroughly recommend the Carmen to anyone. 10 / 10 Dave!

Nothing really, only when parking the car. Road side parking gets filled up quickly and you may not be able to park outside the place.

Very friendly helpful owners. The breakfast was good, full selection and a time slot at your convenience. All coffee, tea and biscuits are in your room and water and milk available. Nicely located at the quiet end of Llandudno but only metres away from the sea front and promenade.
