Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

excellent breakfast service and menu. Staff very good and very friendly, went the extra mile on two occasions. Location is great for all facilities. Only issue we had was a horrendous ferry trip out, including damage to my vehicle. Now struggling to get their insurance to cough up.

Nice accommodation set back only a few yards from the promenade, with great views of Douglas bay. Comfy bed, good view, en suite with walk-in shower, kettle, tea, coffee, biscuits, cosy radiator. Buses stop outside on the promenade.

United StatesThe toilet position in the facilities was a little awkward, but that's just my opinion because I'm a tall man.
Located on the promenade, it allows access to the seashore and public transportation. The first day, I hopped on a coach to Erin. There is a lovely Indian restaurant around the corner. Edelweiss staff were always friendly, and they served a delicious, gigantic breakfast. Plus, there's a lift so I didn't have to carry my bags upstairs. Tea and biscuits in my room. Fantastic!

One bed room. Did the job I wanted it for and that was for sleeping. Spent my time around the Island and my room was for my stuff and sleeping. Massive breakfast which was £12.50. I would recommend they review the price to £8 because cafe's in the town centre were doing breakfasts of a similar size for £7.50. Room was small but adequate for one person but clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Location just off the strip was perfect. Yes I would stay here again.
