Really clean, family friendly and great brekie. Was there over Easter and the little touches of an Easter card and chocs for the kids made it extra special. We will be back!

Lovely little B&B . Andy and his family were great hosts. Nothing as too much trouble. Spotlessly clean and very comfy beds. Loads of towels. Great tasty breakfast. Fab little bar downstairs with a pool table. Definitely coming to stay again. Little Easter pressies for the youngsters were lovely, too. Recommended without a doubt. Perfect location , walking distance to everything but still very quiet at night.

Lovely wee guest house with a brilliant owner, sorted parking for us on arrival. Great with our nieces, they had the best time. Even a wee stick of rock on the table for them on our last morning.

The food was great. The staff were lovely and helpful. Location is amazing, only a short walk to the central and south pier. Lots of things for the kids to do and rooms were lovely and clean. Would definitely stay again.

The segals at stupid o clock

This is the place to stay if you are coming to Blackpool with family...the hosts are the best we have encountered in all the years coming to blackpool and our daughter didn't want to leave she felt so comfortable..nice clean and fresh room..beds were very comfortable and there was a mini fridge in room (life saver as it was very hot on our weekend visit)...the location is bang in the middle of pleasure beach and tower with a 15/20 min stroll in either direction... breakfast is top class with choices chosen the night before, the bar downstairs is quality with a variety of drinks and pool table.. definitely be staying again on our next visit if we can get in.

Hosts were amazing and went out their way to make us feel welcome and made sure we were happy with everything and had all we needed. Nice little touches for kids, bag to collect shells. Stick of rock left on the table at breakfast for the kids.

Freindly welcome. Breakfast was amazing, the boy who serves the breakfast is very fast and our breakfast was there within minutes of us taking our seats.

Couldn’t fault the place brilliant wee hotel.

Very clean and comfortable. The location was spot on and the hosts Andy and Cathy were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Very family friendly and would definitely recommend perfect stay for a seaside weekend. The rooms are spotless and beds are very comfortable. The rooms have mini fridges which is super handy and complimentary tea, coffee, juice and biscuits were in our rooms with fresh milk. Andy and Cathy were so accommodating and friendly. The breakfasts were brilliant and the kids really enjoyed their pancakes. There was also cereal, fresh juice and a coffee machine really couldn’t fault it! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Great location, brilliant hosts, friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and breakfast was good. I don't normally find the time to write reviews, but feel this place and the hosts deserve the praise. After a recent stay somewhere else in Blackpool, I was sceptical about booking another b&b, however, I would not hesitate to book again. The owners are so friendly and helpful, facilities are great, we really enjoyed our stay.
