We wouldn’t change a thing.

The Patricia was immaculately clean, peaceful and we had a fabulous nights sleep in a lovely comfortable bed. We went to the theatre which was just 10 minutes walk away. The hosts were friendly and incredibly helpful. Breakfast was wonderful and it was lovely to come down to a plate of fresh fruit before the delicious cooked breakfast. Cereal, toast and a plentiful supply of good coffee were also on offer. Extra large bath towels an extra we have at home but don’t normally have in hotels. Thank you!

Everything! The hosts were such lovely, and kind people and nothing was to much trouble! Not to mention the tastiest breakfast being served each morning. The rooms were spotless, and so clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. It’s not often you stay somewhere and you feel it has such a personal touch from the hosts. And what lovely people you are. I wish you every success in the years to come. We will definitely be returning & recommending!

Beautiful Victorian house, immaculate clean, in an excellent location. Lovely room with massive windows and comfy bed. Extremely nice and friendly owners. Delicious and plentiful breakfast. Will definitely be back!

Liliya was an amazing host! Very warm and welcoming whilst also not being intrusive. Check in was painless which is always appreciated after a long drive. The location was great as it was close enough to walk into the town but also quiet at night. Overall the stay was brilliant and value for money could not be faulted. I will definitely book The Patricia for my next stay in Torquay.

The staff here are amazing, such a welcoming couple. They literally couldn't do enough, conversation and hints on where to go and what to see but without being intrusive. The hotel itself is spotless and breakfast was second to none.

I honestly cannot think of a way our stay could have been improved

We had a fantastic time. The owners were helpful and welcoming,wanting us to treat the hotel as if we were at home. They couldn’t do enough for us, and even brought us a bottle of bubbly and a card on our anniversary. I would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Torquay and would not hesitate to stay at the Patricia again. Thank you to you both.

We loved everything and more .

We had a fantastic time for my 50th, lovely surprise with card wine and banners with balloon. We slept so well and food was 10/10 bed was 10/10 we slept so well. We couldn't ask for more. They went well over our expectations. We can't wait to come again soon thankypu

I stayed here after undergoing surgery at a local hospital. Joe and Lily were wonderfully caring and attentive and couldn't do enough to make my stay as comfortable as possible. They went above and beyond, and I couldn't be more grateful for their hospitality. The room was lovely, clean, spacious and had plenty of natural light. Breakfast was a delight every morning, with fresh fruit, great coffee, and food made to order. The hosts were both great conversationalists and had plenty of recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. What a beautiful couple and a beautiful place!

My only issue would be the bathroom being a little bit cramped. A taller person may find it more inconvenient, but im 6 foot and managed okay.

The owners were really friendly. The room was ideal for us and we were really comfortable. The location was perfect for us as it was 5 minutes from the festival and 10 minutes from town. I would definitely stay here again.
