The rooms were very small, I had a 4 bed women's room Bathrooms were 1 female 1 male per floor they were showers and toilets very cold/drafty and hygiene below average unfortunately Also a very busy hostel with young kids around seemed a school camp or something

There was a gap between one of the bunk beds and the wall, so having the safety rail on both sides would make for a more comfortable sleep.

The staff were amazing. Breakfast was great too. Lockers to leave your luggage and the late check out option were extremely helpful.

There was a used plaster on my bed. The bathrooms, particularly taps are dated and could do with a refresh. If there would be a kitchen it would have been perfect

good place considering it's a hostel. It's more for people in their twenties. Staying there you have a great chance of sharing room with guys who will come drunk in the room if you sleep earlier, but i had no problem. You just should consider this and understand that the enviroment is mainly for young people having fun during London nights!

Despite having messaged twice to let them know that I would check-in very late, the staff still tried to tell me I was checking in at the wrong time and then gave me no instructions at all about toilet and shower locations. I was ok with a shared bathroom, but I didn't know my floor wouldn't have one and that a lot of the others in the building would be out of service. When I checked out I tried three floors and didn't find a working toilet, it was very frustrating. I hope this was an isolated problem

Sinks were not working so you couldn't wash your hands or brush your teeth. Quite unacceptable for such a large hostel. In addition, my room was on the top floor and had to use the stairs from 6th to 7th floor. Not convenient at all. Also quite noisy.

The bathrooms, which are outside the room, are a bit difficult to use. Very tiny shower cubicle, and your water goes straight to other people's feet, as does their washing water. The 10 bed room was very small, being a tall person I was constantly banging my head on the top beds and there was not much space from one bed to another. The sitting area in the restaurant was a bit dirty too.

Staff very friendly, except for this guy that just pointed the lockers place for me without a word haha. I liked that the place has a bar/restaurant, and a nice sitting area for you to meet people or just work. Very nice breakfast too!

Bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner. A few showers/toilets were out of order on our floor, but this didn’t cause us too much of an issue.

My main reason for choosing this hostel was the location with regards to the eurostar, which is just a short walk away. It was easy to check in and out. There was a friendly vibe.

Was quite uncomfortable to only share with men. The bathrooms were quite nasty some times. The night personal; what was the deal?, was it a requirement to hate life? Always so annoyed and short tempered (I’m not saying all of them, but damn there was a few that I wanted just to apologize for my presence even tho they where at work). Rude and pissed One day they had a fire drill around 10am, we got scared but they didn’t announce anything beforehand Idk, I’ve stayed at Generator Stockholm and Amsterdam so I trusted that it was going to be a nice place but seriously:; Do Better.

Tables in the bar/restaurant areas were full of empty plates and glasses. Clearly not enough staff working to be able to both serve and keep the area clean.
