We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandSignage for the hotel - it was difficult to find the entrance to the hotel as it wasn't road facing - we walked around the attached Mall looking for the hotel until we saw a very small sign for Thistle Express - after that everything was fine!
Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was great at a very reasonable price - very handy for the airport. Short walk to the interchange to get the bus to Luton airport.

The staff. From the young guy who was on night duty who went out of his way to help me charge my iphone, to the reception staff in the morning, and even a security guard who came chasing after me when I left because he was worried I was going in the wrong direction, they were all so fantastically customer focused. They more than compensated for what is a tired looking city centre property.

BulgariaThe hotel is OK, rooms are clean, warm and have aircon convenient for the summer months. Bed was comfortable. Its a very convenient place to stay before/after flight. There are shops and restaurants nearby. UBER to the airport was between £10 to £12 every time.

IrelandWe got a very nice family room big but one bed was the couch pulled out I didn't like this and the bathroom door opened out to the hallway from the inside but I didn't like that either, they did shoe me the other family room it was very compact so we stayed where we were if I was staying longer think I would have moved. It suited us to have it was like 2 rooms but it was a suite with the couch as a bed

United KingdomCar park payments.it should be free on a first come, first serve basis because of your limited spaces. It would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room,as most people are awake before breakfast time starts,and like a refreshment. A top sheet would have been nice, as you get too hot under the quilt,an extra blanket should be there if it should get too cold elderly people feel cold more than us. extra pillows.my partner likes two.but I found the pillows uncomfortable.I felt like my head was on a brick they were too hard for me. Breakfast,well, no juice, and I had to ask for more milk the set up was a bit chaotic,I think tea and coffee machines should be moved to a different area, having them next to reception isn't a good . We would stay again,location and price not too bad

United KingdomLocation - booked a Saturday night and you can hear a club or late night pub into the small hours. The hotel seemed to “squeak”; the doors, windows and floor at some point! Bathroom was tiny and could do with an update.
Location - perfect for being in the town centre and shopping mall and restaurants.
