Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We’ve had the opportunity to stay at other Trump resorts and Turnberry is our favorite so far. The facilities and grounds are pristine. The room accommodations were oversized and luxurious. The breakfast in the main restaurant was exceptional and the views of the golf course were postcard beautiful. We booked the falconry experience but due to unforeseen circumstances, it was cancelled. However, we also booked the archery experience (both are on the resort grounds) and I can’t say enough how much fun we had. Kudos to every single staff person at Turnberry. You’ve made our stay truly memorable. We look forward to returning.

United KingdomNo biscuits to go with the amazing coffee machine and the room heater was a little noisy, effective but a little noisy.
The whole experience was incredible, the staff could not do enough for you , our room was upgraded on arrival, the bed was super comfy. Our main reason for a stop over was to play the Ailsa course, which we did, that experience was offered the charts amazing.

The place is stunning and steeped in history. The furniture and fittings are of a standard that would befit any top hotel in the world. Take a walk outside and your in one of thee best golfing locations in the world.

United KingdomWe were staying in a Villa and we ordered room service. As we had no table in our room we were told we could have access to the lounge in our building. But when the food arrived the lounge was locked! The member of staff was great but it took 30 mins to locate the key hence our food was cold. They did offer to re-heat it but we were so hungry we ate it cold! The Duty Manager called us and removed the food charge from our bill. That was the only hiccup the rest of the stay was superb
