Window unsafe. TV would glitch whenever water was running. Not enough pillows. Not dirty but definitely dated.

Bed was very uncomfortable and the shower was tiny with a fixed shower head - no option to lower it or move it. Also, there was noices during the night. Something like a fire alarm on the first night kept going on and off and the rest, there was a noice such as a washing machine - very strange

We booked two rooms. One was ok although the beds were quite uncomfortable and the bathroom really small. In the other room the heating was broken and the temperature was incredibly high. The personnel tried to help but didn't solve the problem and we ended up sleeping with the open window and still really hot.

Location is good, near tube stations and in a very lovely neighbourhood. Lots of restaurants nearby and near Portobello market.

Faulty equipment wasn't replaced after told it would be, radiator was broken and filthy. Quiet first night but when it was busier you could hear almost everything in the rooms above and beside you.

Great for the short stay, they let us stay in the same room when we decided to stay longer. Location was peaceful and great for travelling out. Good value for money.

your staff being rude since one of my friends room the shower drain are clogged and the tolet and shower room getting wet from toilet to bedroom . when we told the reception and staff they said its not their problem and told my friend its their fault of get them self a shower thats why the bathroom shower is clogged . so rude .

It was mid november and of course it was cold outside but it was almost imposible to sleep because of how hot the central heating was. It was suffocating.

Location was amazing and the room was very cozy. There's a 5min walk from the tube and it's a very nice walk. A lot of restaurants and supermarkets.

Very very small room and shower, but I was aware of that, lack of refrigerator, there was only one towel in the bathroom, old furniture. It is a beautiful but old building, therefore there is no soundproofing. I could hear people in the next room talking, but I was lucky that they kept quiet at quiet hours, so it was no problem. However, one night that they probably left very early in the morning, I could hear them moving around their room and that noise kept me awake. Most worrying, every day, there were 1-2 small insects, like very small flies, flying around my bed, and although I killed them, they kept appearing....and there was a smell like insect repellent in the room.

Very nice location, nice neighborhood, tube and bus station nearby, close to Hyde park, very beautiful view from my window, heating, daily cleaning and change of towels, electric kettle/tea-coffee in the room, renovated bathroom.

The bed is small and mattress is too soft, as if it had overstayed. The shower room is tight. The room rate is too high for the room size.

Stay away from room 111. Just refuse to stay there.

Location perfect. But bear in mind if you travel alone..room 111 almost illegal...room 309 very good.just refuse to stay in room 111. I booked with booking and I wanted to cancel my booking but the hotel refused to cancel even though booking told me they could have cancelled. In baywater queenway is more or less the same everywere. Very good floor staff.polite ans ready to help.the Easter european lady to mention for her good work. If you look for a manager in the hotel ..there isn't one..... I was lucky they moved me in room 309 otherwise my holiday would have being a nightmare.

I pay for 3 beds room. And I got 1 single and I doble bed . Talk to staff, and they only said sorry must be mistaken of the Wedside we can't do nothing about . Completely discomfort

The staff are really unfriendly, and it doesn’t make sense that every time we go out we have to put the keys in the reception desk, which is kinda unsafe. Also, the heater isn’t working and it’s really cold in the room. Last but not least, we can hear the noises from the outside clearly, the wall is really thin.

The price was okay and not that far from the center(30mins)

As for the cleanliness it could be improved as the dust under the bed was visible and the toilet paper was used. We also had an issue that we didn’t report to the front desk regarding bedbugs. On the last day of departure, my friend had multiple scars from bites all over her body. It is something that needs to be mentioned as it is a matter of cleanliness and disinfection.

The hotels location is excellent! A 10 minute walk from the underground. The room was quite small but we were aware of that and didn’t have any issues.

The noise. Our room was by the lift and the floor boards were creaky. We had some noisy neighbours on our first night and the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for 5 seconds which we found odd.
