Property had everything we needed and more! The location for us was perfect, it was about a 10 minute walk from the restaurants and bars which meant it wasn’t noisy

More sockets around the caravan. The door to the caravan needs some attention as the handle is very hard to open/close. None of this affected our stay at the property. The swimming pool was very cold, too cold for our 18 month old to use, again not the wardens escape’s fault.

The caravan was spotlessly clean. The attention to detail was very good, owners had thought of everything even down to toys for the children. Well stocked for all essential’s eg, kitchen equipment, utensils. Hot tub was great and held the temperature well. Location of the caravan was amazing for us as we went for the typhoons flying from RAF Coningsby and it did not disappoint!

Nothing with the lodge itself, more the park. The signage on the park to either the lodge or main entertainment center is very poor and needs to be looked at, for any first timers it was easy to get lost.

The lodge was well equipped with everything you could think of, Kitchen utensils, Hairdryer provided, and TV in master bedroom as well as lounge. The lodge come with a guide book, giving you information on what activities was on the park and surrounding area. There was plenty of seating provided on the decking for families, the hot-tub was well located and privacy screen is a nice feature (they even provided small beach toys for any small children to play with).

No dislikes ref the accommodation - we had a great time. The roads on the site have a few pot holes so beware if driving at night. All activities have to be booked in advance and you need to buy passes to enter all commercial areas.

The Wardens Escape is a large modern caravan, delightfully decorated and clean as a whistle and everything works. It is situated away from the commercial area of the park near the lakes and so affords you a great nights sleep. There is a modern decked area with seating and tables for at least 8 people and lovely hot tub for 4. Would definitely recommend this accommodation, the owners have it cracked! JB

I did pay £80 for passes for facilities on tattershall but did not feel I got my moneys worth as entertainment was full when I tried to get in. Although this is no fault of the caravan owner

This doesn't lower our score but instructions on how to use the fire in the lounge would be an added bonus to the welcome folder as we couldn't get it to work.

The accommodation had everything we could have needed. Beautifully furnished and well kept. Communication was good with owner and we had a lovely week.

Everywhere was clean and the hosts had thought of everything. We brought things such as tin foil and Ketchup that we weren't expecting them to have, but they had and I was very impressed about them having white pepper too as it's an important ingredient in my homemade potato salad which I was able to make for my friends :) we had a wonderful time and are talking about coming back, for the hot tub in particular! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

The walk from caravan to the main facility is a long walk especially with kids or elderly. Roughly 15 minutes. The caravan does accept dogs and I knew this prior to booking however the smell of dog in the caravan was present. Almost like a dog had just been inside prior to us arriving. A nice plug in airfreshner may have got rid of the smell.

The layout of the caravan was very nice. Lots of room. 3 separate bedrooms and two separate toilets. Great for family. Hot tub nice and warm on arrival, stayed on and used a lot throughout the stay. All home things considered: TV, toaster, kettle, airfrier, utensils, bedding and towels all provided on our stay. Would book again.

We struggled to find it, because the site is so big. But the area was nice once there, long walk if you wanted to go to the sites main facilitys. But unless you buy passes you don't need to.

The caravan was extremely clean, smelt amazing, lovely decore, huge tv and Alexa near the door. Hot tub a great size, nice decing seating area, an with the greenery you felt really private. Inside and outside toys for the kids which my son loved. Would 100% recommend to anyone. They really made my 30th extra special.
