Well appointed modern & plenty of room. Underfloor heating worked well and kept flat warm. Smart TV. Nice welcome pack and toiletries including conditioner! Great! Great location. There is nothing to not like.

This apartment was superb, has everything you need. Very clean and tidy and perfect location to the city centre. We would have loved to have booked it for a second week, but it was already booked out. I can see why I would highly recommend staying here.

The area in which the apartment was is fantastic! You're only 10/ 15-minute walk away from the city centre. The staff were very attentive and went through everything thoroughly. There are shops nearby to grab food and drinks. The decor is up-to-date and it was very clean on arrival.

Property is on a busy road and our apartment was at the front, the traffic noise at night made it hard to get a good nights sleep.

This apartment is very clean, spacious (2 bedrooms+ comfortable D/L area), and well equipped as described. The manager is very considerate in preparing milk (though we are vegans), and high-quality teas and coffees (whole pack!). The receptionist is very detailed in introducing the access and all the facilities. I was particularly impressed that there is a notepad (like iPad) with all the necessary infos one needs to know.

The check-out time was so early, it was at 10:00 am, I asked for an extension because I got out of work at 12:00 but they refused.

Everything was perfect, they were welcoming, and the apartment was good and equipped with primary things. and there is a tablet where you can message them and it has some guidance, I love it it was amazing.

I'd improve cleaning: outside table and chairs were dirty and there were a number of spiders(webs) around. No cold water in one of the bathrooms, quite an issue in the heatwave. Curtains did not darken rooms and you could very well hear street traffic at night.

Great position in a residential area, close to Midsummer Common. Apt n. 12 is wide and full of light. There are terraces from both bedrooms and living room: had dinner and breakfast outside. Kitchen very functional, confortable beds, lots of space for setting luggage and staff.

We phoned, as requested 45 minutes before our arrival and were met at the building with keys and information. Lovely welcome pack provided, tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. Any equipment you could think of was available. Great views. Very accommodating regarding the car parking as we had a large van so some shuffling was required to park up. We accidentally broke the cafetiere while we were there and it was replaced within hours. Great hosts.

We actually ended up staying at Nelson court a couple of minutes from the Hamilton's because we needed to check in at a weird time. They were very accommodating and ensured that we could still use the parking at the Hamilton's that we'd already booked. The apartments are in an excellent location, very close to the river and to the centre of town. The apartment was clean and tidy and had absolutely everything you need there. We only stayed for one night but if you were staying there for weeks you would be sorted! They even had a smart TV so we could catch up on some of our shows during down time. The welcome package had some lovely coffee and biscuits.
