The pool area, the beach and the sea were perfect. The staff of the hotel were very professional and committed to make us feel welcome. Special thanks to Stella at the front desk and Alexandria at the restaurant who were very kind, friendly and helpful; they were the nicest people you can ever meet at a hotel. We would absolutely stay here again!:)

Although we had a great time and we will go back for sure, there were some small minuses as well. Food very very good but quite a long waiting time, the mattreses and pillows not the most comfortable, coffee at breakfast really really far from 5 star, and I know that it's quite hard to find good coffee in Greece , but still, not even sure that what they served as coffee was actually coffee :) . Of course you could pay at the bar for an actual espresso but a little bit pricey taking in consideration it's not a specialty coffee. Another aspect, the bathroom, although clean, not quite a 5 star bathroom, we had a bathtub, useless in my opinion , instead of having a walk-in shower that can assure that the bathroom floor does not get flooded each time you take a shower. Also the rooms with sea view, guess it depends on luck, but they can be with side sea view, which means you can only see the sea from the balcony and you will not get to enjoy the sunrise if you are up for that. But for sure these are not stoppers, you can live with them :)

The location was awesome, loved it. Breakfast was ok, maybe not a 5star hotel breakfast, but we had everything we needed. The food at the restaurant was very good, high quality, except for the "Pinsa" (some pizza imitation), everything else was lovely. Not a great variety of cocktails and a little bit too pricey, but other than that quite good. Loved the location, loved the private beach and pool area, stuff was friendly. Also loved the fact that we had a big smart TV in our room, for us a big plus.

My wife wanted to travel with some girlfriends but the hotel only has double rooms. Not a major problem but lost a potential booking.

Small boutique hotel next to the sea. No children allowed so good for people without kids. 10 minute walk up some nearby steps in the town which was stunning.

It was good for our purpose but did not feel quite like a 5 star hotel. Room felt a little run down, with a few things needing fixing (leaky shower, broken toilet flush, broken tiles, tired decor, etc. ). Wi-fi only worked in the lobby and the bedrooms but not the restaurant or beach area.

Amazing location right on a beautiful beach and within a short walk to the charming village of Afytos where you have lots of shops, restaurants, etc. Great layout with lots of sun loungers and areas, 2 separate pools.

My only slightly negative comment is that they no longer do proper coffee in the morning with breakfast, you just have to wait for the bar to open.

-Breakfast is ok but not at the level that a 5-star hotel should have -The staff is mostly ok, but also not up to the level a 5 star hotel should have (some speak almost no English, some were not particularly friendly) -The shower cabin in the toilet was leaking, pieces of furniture in the room were visibly damaged (wardrobe, TV stand), which also does not befit a 5-star hotel

-Location is amazing, hotel surrounding i.e.. garden, pool area, private beach, the sea are beautiful. -It is very quiet, in the evening you can only hear the sea and crickets -Cleanliness is at a high level -The bed was very comfortable, and the view from the balcony was amazing -Hotel lobby, interior of the hotel are very nice with beautiful decoration and unique pieces of furniture -Restaurant food besides breakfast is very tasty and at a high level

There is nothing I didn’t like

Beautiful hotel on the beachfront all the staff is amazing always trying to accommodate your needs very polite and professional. The facilities are very good very nice breakfast and a good choice for snacks and food. The rooms are very comfortable with a nice selection of toiletries. Special thanks to the manager Mrs Chara but also Despina , Mrs Anastasia , from the restaurant Mrs. Demetra , Nicos and Demetris and chef Fanouris for making our staying so special and feeling like home

The adult only concept is the perfect choice for a peaceful holiday. walking distance to afitos nothingbut away from the hustle and bustle. Junior suite was large, clean and with a magnificent view. We stayed for a week and then we came for a month. We have stayed in hundreds of hotels in many countries, in our opinion, afitos boutique hotel is the most beautiful place for a sea holiday. perfect for swimming in the sea. Ideal for quiet quiet listening. employees are concerned and friendly. We will definitely come again.

The female staff at the restaurant were not very hospitable. Terrible wi-fi connection in the rooms. The hotel beach was rocky, there was only a small corridor where you could go for a swim. One of the two pools was dirty.

The hotel was kept very clean. The room was comfortable.
