The environment is very quiet and overlooking the caldera. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Food from that restaurant is very good.

Nothing big, but, the private pool did not get hot enough to enjoy it. A couple of nights the shower also did not facilitate hot water relatively quickly.

The property was incredible, with beautiful views and a fabulous restaurant! The staff was the epitome of customer service! Will visit here again!

We had to unplug the fridge at night as it was a tad noisy. The food at the Edge restaurant is lovely but you wouldn't want to eat there every night, so need to venture further afield which although not far, is easiest to drive.

We spent 4 nights in a family room with a stunning view and private plunge pool. The room was well appointed and very comfortable, with the children (aged 7 and 5) having their own single beds. It is not the largest family room but it is well appointed with a coffee machine, kettle, TV, lots of towels, toiletries, dressing gowns, etc and rose wine on ice and fruit for our arrival. We loved the location, having breakfast served on our terrace and the ambience by the main pool. We hired a car to explore the island and although we saw many people waiting for local buses, the hotel has free parking. The staff are excellent and super friendly.

It truly is paradise on earth. The staff was more than helpfull and very friendly. The atmosphere at the property is calm, relaxing and staff made us feel just like at home. Food was superb. Breakfast is personalized for each individual and freashly made. The view, dinners and sunsets here are simply breathtaking. We can not wait to return.

I can’t say enough good things about hotel Goulielmos!! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful (shout out Elli at reception!). We got a welcome drink upon arrival and our bags taken to our room for us. Anything we asked was met with a smile and respect. We had to leave at 5:30am for the airport so they allowed us to do the check out process the night before (reception closes at 12am) and even arranged to pack us a breakfast bag which we picked up at the reception before we left. The facilities are clean and beautiful, the beds are soo comfortable and the food is delicious. You can choose what you want for breakfast every day (and what time you want it) and it will be delivered to your room where you can eat it on your private patio. The pool and restaurant both have a gorgeous view of the ocean and volcano. The reception staff will arrange for a taxi to take you wherever you need and the Calderra beach (small and private) is a 10 minute walk away. They also have atv rentals available. We only stayed here 3 nights as the last leg of our trip and I will 100% be back for a longer stay!!

Everything was just perfect! You have your own privacy, the pool is amazing, the view, the food… But the most amazing part of this stay was the staff. Hotel is wonderful, located on the hill which gives us breathtaking view. Moreover, Stuff is excellent, they were taking care about each minutes we spent in the property. If you want to spent unforgettable time I can really recommend you the room number 31, ordering breakfast to the room was bull's-eye.

Really nothing. Spent 4 days at Santorini, this was the best thing. It is expensive, for sure, but I never spent so much money for the hotel and felt that it is worth it.

My partner had difficulty taking the shower and water flooded the bathroom.

Location was AMAZING!!! The hotel looks better than the pictures. We didn't want to be close to touristy Oia or Thera, so this location was just perfect. We had fun in our own pool with a beautiful view of Santorini. The location was super windy. The breakfast selection was superb and delicious. The staffs are kind of flexible.

Nothing at all

We especially loved the private pool with the amazing view of the Caldera. Also the breakfast (extraordinary food, always fresh) that was served right to the doorstep of your room was a unique way to start the day. The location of the hotel was perfect, walk-distance of Akrotiri which is a small but cozy place, where you don’t have the mass tourism. I would say it is the ideal spot for people who enjoy a relaxing stay and still want to enjoy all the beautiful things the island of Santorini has to offer.
