Breakfast doesn't correspond to the overall hotel quality and price range - low quality cheeses and sausages (the cheapest one you can buy in the supermarket), limited fruits, "juices" from instant powder and so on. If you want espresso it is charged extra and the default "coffee" is not drinkable at all. Rooms are cleaned in a very weird (and inconvenient) time window - in the afternoon, when you have just returned from the beach and you have to wait outside. I was also carrying my bike (expensive one) - the staff didn't allow me to store it on the balcony. They just said - "just leave it somewhere downstairs", not providing a safe storage alternative.

We’ve never stayed anywhere with lots of little pools like they have here, we definitely prefer one bigger- even if it is a walk away.

Location on a small beach. Near other beaches. Loved that it had a mini bath tub. Taxis back from town easy to get and cheap.

The hotel should be more active in proposing activities that can be pursued in Sivota or nearby.

The breakfast was rich and well prepared. The staff was polite and eager. For us as Albanians, the Albanian staff was an added convenience. The location and the beach were wonderful, especially for families.

The staff were super friendly. The beach was cozy and great for swimming, and the pools were inviting and fun. We also enjoyed the breakfast and using the paddle boards.

For a 4 star hotel, updates to contruction could have been done to better match the rest (eg : unmatching outdoor tiles, 4 or 5 different wall decoration patterns in the reception area).

Location, swimming pools right in front of the room, we could actually jump from the room at ground floor right into the pool. Beach is great too.

Our room has a Front pool which is very fun for our girl. The beach is beautiful. We wonder the vraka beach where is very popular in sivota and go there for one day but realized that the hotels' much More beautiful than there. We spand 3 amazing relaxing days. Highly recommended

Nothing really, the place didnt have any cons.

The breakfast was excellent – there were plenty of options and the food. The staff was very welcoming and kind. The beach was perfect and peaceful. Everything was just perfect overall. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very small closet and room for family of 4.

Great stuff, very friendly, specially the lady who was always there for us. We arrived wuite early and she welcomed us with the breakfast, beach towels and our room was ready earlier. Facilities are quie goid, beach is beautifull.

Beach setup, it feelt like we were in coach and the hotel near by as business class. As a return guest i know how it was before, it was great, but that has changed..

The only thing I didn’t like was that some areas could use a bit of renovation to match the overall quality of the service.

Hotel Ornela was truly one of the best in the area. The staff was excellent, always attentive and caring—from the service to the outdoor environment. The pools were very well maintained; I could see they were cleaned and chlorinated regularly, which gave us peace of mind. The lady of service was very polite and helpful with anything we needed. The kitchen staff was also fantastic—they kindly accommodated our baby’s food according to our preferences, which we really appreciated. A special thanks to everyone, especially Aleks, who was extremely kind and welcoming from the very first day until the end of our stay. We also thank the owner Ornela Highly recommended!
