No windows to the outside for natural light, though there were windows, they were to the hall way. The bathroom I had was small, good for 1 person but tight for 2 but also clean.

Value for money and location. They provided water and beds were comfortable.

Rooms all accessed by internal hallway with direct connection to a dining area - was very noisy during one stay; and other guests boot knocking after hours was clearly audible. Front desk guys more interested in their phones than customers. Bag storage not secure and often left unattended. Regardless, I returned for another night a few weeks later.

Very comfortable room and bed with clean bathroom and vase of agua pura. Fan to keep the air moving and offer background noise. Perfect location right in the heart of town. Able to leave bags after checkout while walking around town.

The noise. Creaky door hinges and the fact the rooms all have windows to the courtyard/common area so you can hear everything from other visitors. The fan can drown out the conversations but that’s only because it is very loud. That’s just the way the hotel is made so I understand not much can be done there, but the door hinges need some grease. The bed we had the second night made a lot of noise while moving. If breakfast had a protein that would be great too!

We liked the location, the cleanliness, the decor, and the staff. Easy to check in and out and we were able to keep our bags there for the day after we checked out.

The only thing is the main door is sometimes locked so you need to have someone to come and let you in. This is fine but more 'freedom' to come and go would be better. Also, (note for the hotel) the room had a vaulted ceiling with skylight but no blind etc, so the sunlight comes in early. Shower curtain was too short so bathroom floor got wet. No big deal though!

Really comfortable room and beds. Nice 'newly renovated' feel, lots of space and smart TV. The breakfast was OK and overall value for money. I'll be coming back +the kitten is super friendly and social

bed had a plastic layer which made a cracking noise when turning around. We were in room 101 and there was an open connection to the hallway making us hear every conversation and music from the reception and chill room for guest.

Good location; lots of restaurants and near center. helpful and friendly personnel; washed our close in one afternoon as we were leaving early next day.

- LOUD: very early in the morning the music in the restaurant starts and you also hear people coughing really loud, and talking really loud. In room 101 I stayed, it was close to reception and laundry area so hear washing machine as well. Not ideal if you want to have a lie in. - The room had no curtains in two of the windows so it was very bright. I asked them to put the curtains and the windows were only half covered. - They only change linen and towels or clean the rooms if you ask.

- Amazing location and close to the main atractions. - Great staff. - Rooms are of a good size.

Soft fluffy doona which resulted in a great nights sleep. Fabulous hot water shower. A cafe at the front of the hotel. A shared microwave. Free tea & coffee plus a water bottle refill station. The hotel is in a perfect location 2 minutes walk from everything, market, supermarket, laundry and restaurants.

We only stayed for one night but the property was very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, Great pillows, nice towels & products provided. The ensuite shower was hot. The WiFi worked really well & there was a smart TV in our room. The location was perfect, very close to shops, places to eat & parks.

It was the noisiest place I have ever stayed! Right out side my door is the common area where people yell and scream all night, then again first thing in the morning. Fine for a hostel, but definitely not a hotel! Way too noisy!!
