since i had booked 3 different rooms i got to see that the furniture generally is aged and needs replacing rather soon... in fact moving one of the beds (forgot why we needed to do that) revealed that a leg of the bed was broken and just placed under it to keep the bed steady... clearly the staff know about it but maybe they may be saving up for replacing the bed in the future... this is a safety issue in my view! could not park in the yard and had to park on a different street because the yard is steeply behind the hotel and snow prevents driving uphill from the carpark... but the same snow makes it difficult to walk from the other street as it is cold to walk and unpleasant too.

Although this has nothing to do with the hotel itself one must look out for deep pot holes on the road as you get closer to the hotel. There is no parking on the hotel premises during the snowy period because the parking area is behind the building where it is a very steep terrain. It's not even allowed to park on the street in front of the hotel, so we had to park on a different street and then walk through the snow to the hotel. The furniture could do with some repairs or replacement as some of the drawers to not have handles at all and also if you happen to move a bed the bed's leg falls off!

The place was very quiet and peaceful. It felt like being in a lovely getaway home without the hustle and bustle of a noisy city. The room was nice and warm despite the snow outside.

the closet and bathroom doors were too scratchy, each time opening those doors the sound was very scary. The bed was not comfortable, very dry, I couldn't sleep normally. The bed wasn't organized and room wasn't cleaned the next day of my stay.

The whole hotel and the room worn out, refurbish would help a lot!

The room was small but clean and acceptable, the bed was comfortable. The big terrace with view to a very green hill- was really good! The breakfast standard, in a nice restaurant which unfortunately is not open in the evenings. I recommend the hotel to all who wants to stay in the quiet, hill area but close to the city at a reasonable price.

The hotel has very thin walls, and sound isolation/ insulation is not provided sufficiently, so one might end up not sleeping well due to a small kid staying in the next room. Unfortunately, we experienced a restless couple of nights just due to thin walls, so this made our experience less pleasant than expected.

The location was great, on a mountainside of Buda, with a beautiful view and surroundings, the room was clean and tidy and the hotel itself has parking slots, that enables you to travel by your own vehicle. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good for the price. In general, nice place to stay.

It takes you close to city centere and from its last stop you can connect via metro to Pest side right to Parlament and other atractions You can buy bus tickets on reception as well
