My recent stay at a Yubi Villa Seminyak, Bali, surpassed all expectations, thanks to the exceptional hospitality provided by our host, Komang Yuda. From the moment we arrived until our departure, every detail was carefully attended to, making our vacation truly unforgettable. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the warm and attentive care provided by Komang. From the outset, he welcomed us with a genuine smile. Komang's passion for ensuring his guests have an authentic and enjoyable experience was evident throughout our stay. His attention to detail was impeccable. Whether it was arranging personalized tours or ensuring our villa was always in pristine condition, Komang went above and beyond to make us feel like honored guests. Some extra attention in cleaning the property is required - eg. stains on the sheets, mosquito net on the bed needs a good wash (it’s starting to get moldy), and bathroom tiles need a good scrub. General maintenance also required - eg. socket was broken so our charger kept falling out, tap in the bathroom loose.

Fantastic location, helpful and friendly staff. We were in a group of 5 families, and we loved that the villas were next to each other for convenience but private enough whenever we wanted time rest and retreat. The 4 br villa was perfect for our needs. And the aircon was super strong, definitely a plus to escape the heat.

The front of the property still being developed so it looks strange when you walk in for first time but that really doesn’t matter once you are in the oasis that is the villa.

The villa number 2 was great!!! Really spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is also quite good with all amenities close by. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

A little disappointed with the breakfast but it didn’t bother us too much, as we love getting out and trying new cafes just a short walk away!

Great location, very quiet and relaxing, friendly and accommodating staff always ready to greet you with a smile. Rooms cleaned daily, clean pool etc. Staff at the Yubi were always happy to see us, which was so lovely.

We had breakfast included. However, l think this could have been of a better standard. The conditions of the rooms and facilities are a little bit dated but otherwise everything else was fabulous.

The location was fantastic. The rooms were clean, and the service and hospitality were second to none. It was nice to relax in the private pool & quietness of the villa of an afternoon or morning.

Some of the furnishings were a little tired & could do with an update, particularly the bed.

The staff were exceptionally attentive. And, while you step out straight into a busy strip, the villa was very quiet and private. It was also very spacious. Having a pool to myself was amazing.

The only problem we had with our stay was finding the villa entrance when we arrived at night, the staff were very apologetic about this and they understood how it was difficult to find. This could easily be fixed by providing guests with short instructions on how to find the reception as it is hidden from the street.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily and the villa is in an excellent location for getting around Seminyak easily. Great value for money if you're on a budget.

When mosquios being fumagated next door all the spray ends up in the pool and no one wants to swim in that !! Bat poo on dayh bed un usable. Decking boards = some need replacing.

Forgive the building work fronting the Main Street. Don’t be put off. The villas to the rear are still excellent and the price is very reasonable. The bedrooms are big, clean and comfortable. The bathroom features a large bath, a shower and double vanity. Some might find the rooms a little bit dated but we thought they were more than acceptable. Our private outdoor pool and garden was a great size too with both a covered day bed and a pair of good sun loungers provided. The frangipani trees are beautiful. Service is super friendly and helpful. Yuda, Gusti and the team really go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. From the wait staff, the cleaners to the women providing in-Villa Balinese massages, everyone is friendly and attentive. Pick-ups from the airport are offered and any help and advice was always on hand. The breakfasts were simple but tasty while plenty of really good bars and restaurants are nearby for other meals. Biku over the road is really popular for afternoon tea while Bambu down the road is great for upmarket dinners. Plenty of pharmacies, Mini Marts and Circle K’s are nearby too as well as alternatives to their in-Villa massage service. One night the noise from a local night club could be heard pretty loudly but this just happened the single night and we stayed over a busy weekend when some international DJs were performing at nearby Potato Head so it wasn’t a major issue for us but something to bear in mind if you’re a really light sleeper. Considering the villa’s location at the heart of Seminyak we didn’t mind. Top tip: if your pillows feel a bit large (ours were massive!) just ask Yuda for some smaller ones and they’ll be provided! All in all, if we were looking to stay in Seminyak again, we’d be happy to stay here again. As much for the service as for the villas themselves

I’d say that the villas are in the process of being updated, I’m sure that this is a property that was affected by COVID and the lack of ability to be updated.

Had a wonderful stay at Yubi, the villa manager Yuda, Gusti and all the staffs were very helpful and always smiley. Love the pool, was a good sized with lots of sunlight, and they clean the pool everyday 👍🏻Great location, with mini mart and Guardian pharmacy right across the road, lots of nice restaurants nearby.

I would suggest to have a continental breakfast such as a selection of cereal, bread which you can toast yourself and pateries rather than a cold cooked breakfast as a short-term option until renovations are done. I would recommend better signage for villa Name and reception until renovations are completed.

Peaceful location, great one bedroom villa, friendly staff, would recommend highly.

The Villa is in a good position located in Seminyak. Only a short walk to Petitenget Beach, Potato Head Beach Club and Seminyak Square. There is a Mini Mart and Pharmacy (Guardian) close by, as well as many restaurants, cafes, retail and spas. There is a nightclub close by as per previous reviews, but we could not hear the music once we were in our Villa or any vibration. We stayed in a one bedroom Villa, and it looked as advertised. The Villa was clean and well presented. It was quiet and very relaxing, especially in the pool area. The restaurant at the front of the Villas has not been completed yet, so the reception is only a short walk toward the back of the restaurant down a path with beautiful landscaping. The staff were amazing. They would go above and beyond to make sure you’re enjoying your stay. The Villa was cleaned every day and breakfast was always served as per our request. We already can’t wait to go back!!

Internally, the Villas are a little run down. But when you are in paradise and the external areas are so beautiful, you can let that slide.

My stay at Yubi Villas was exemplary - from the service provided (in particular from Yuda, Kiiran & Gusti) to the cleanliness of the property; both common areas and own villa, the communication between the hosts and guests and the facilities that were offered. The location of this property is perfect to be able to walk anywhere you want to go in Seminyak. Restaurants, convenience stores, pubs and of course, Petitenget Beach only a stones throw away.

Just a few little improvements but not complaining!! The staff asked for honest feedback to help them improve. The breakfast food itself could have been a little better. Maybe add some different fruits like dragon fruit or mango. Add some condiments to the pancake, maybe have the pastries fresher.

Room was huge in good condition pool is big, everything look like the photos in real life. Yuda the manager is super helpful, comes and introduces himself and takes pride in his customer service down to how they set the breakfast table. We asked for smaller pillows and they delivered them to our room thank you. All the staff were very nice.
