Only slight issue was noise every night about 2am which sounded like furniture being dragged about downstairs (in the restaurant). Quite loud hammer-like banging one night coming from somewhere inside. Only want to mention it so they can make it an amazing place to stay instead of just really good:-)

The staff were really helpful and friendly. Amazing breakfast every day. Spacious clean room bang in the middle of the village which was really handy for a day of exploring and loads of nearby restaurants and pubs.

Only seven or eight parking spaces. I stayed on the first floor the noise from the doors banging during the night kept me awake so l was totally exhausted leaving the hotel instead of being rested.

Lovely cosy hotel. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. The host in the restaurant at breakfast time was such an upbeat character smiling and singing first thing in the morning! Lovely to see :) The breakfast was plentiful and beautifully cooked.

It was a bit loud until about 10:30/11 because the restaurant below was dumping all the recycling into the bins. We did have a room at first that was very hot and we couldn't control the heating but the staff was super accommodating and he moved us to another room right away. Otherwise it was nice!

Overall the stay was nice. The food at the restaurant downstairs was very good for breakfast and the dinner menu was great as well. I would highly recommend, the staff was lovely and helped answer all my questions and even gave me an umbrella for walking around town.

It is challenging to spot when driving by in traffic. I would've appreciated a sandwich board on the sidewalk or the white Mini Morris at the curb. Although the website notes parking available, the limited lot was full upon arrival. Once I entered, due to vehicles parked in non parking areas, exiting was challenging. As a single older woman I prefer parking close to the facility. After several circling attempts, I parked. 1 1/2 blocks away and pulled my carryon with my backpack to the recessed hotel entry. Later in the night-11:30pm- I looked out the window and five spaces were available. This leads me to believe locals know of the parking and take advantage of no one checking the vehicles to see if they're registered to hotel guests. I was told by the friendly and helpful front desk person that all parking is free in the area. Yes, that's not the problem. It's finding a free space. A number of knowledgeable folks know parking spaces are available in the midst of town, and take advantage of them. This was February.. Think of what parking will be in the busy season? I'd suggest the hotel institute a car registration system fir guests and block chancers from utilizing a private lot. Otherwise, my only "hmmm" was the cranky shower door opening and closing and the shelf missing above the bathroom sink. There was nowhere to put my toothbrush or pills. Plus, for my Zoom meeting, the desk area was a bit small. I used the pub table and club chair instead. A bit awkward, but I made it work. The view out of room 101 is the adjacent petrol station and shop. The vivid lighting acted as a nightlight in the room.

The location is in the center of the town, so plenty to choose from for dining. The room was comfortably furnished and the bed comfort. It has a lift, so struggling up and downstairs with luggage is not inevitable. Tea and coffee making materials in the room. Nice staff. The young lady spoke excellent English and was very helpful, including informing me of the location of a car park nearby, which was full. The adjacent restaurant was great fir breakfast. Attentive and friendly staff, lovely ambiance, and substantial breakfast. I really enjoyed the quiet of the room, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the great breakfast.

The parking was an issue. Weather was not nice after unloading our bags had to find a park in the street aways from the hotel, and later in evening go to car and move it back to empty spot in hotel.

Entrance to car-park is somewhat difficult to find. No other issues to note.

Very nice location with decent facilities. An excellent breakfast was provided. Staff were courteous. Adjoining restaurant serve a good range of good food. I really liked the chicken curry
