I would like a bar of handsoap in my room, and no black moldy silicon in the bathroom

the breakfast was good although not as lavish as my previous stay. There was not hot cereal, which I like and the coffee arrangement was lacking - self preparation and drinking coffee in paper cups is not acceptable in my book!!

They have a couple of buildings - one is very basic, the other a bit nicer. on Friday nights they tend to have large groups of guests and the water pressure was extremely low. it was completely resolved on the other days. check in on Saturday is at 10pm, which can also be inconvenient.

The bathroom is clean and has a good size but the bathtub doesn't. While taking a shower, you are "almost forced" to touch the curtain or the soap dish with your body. Getting into the bathtub can be dangerous if you have problems with walking, balance or short stature. Keep an eye on that.

Good place, close to Tel Aviv center (15 to 20 minutes by taxi). Good and varied breakfast, but have in mind that the place will not have pork products due to local customs. The hotel is inside a kibbutz, so expect to see and feel communal-lifestyle vibes. The crew in the outside cafeteria are incredibly friendly and sympathetic. Although I had no chance to test, they have two game-rooms with video-games and arcades.

Signposting was terrible… I found it difficult to find the entrance to the hotel from the road; the reception was also hard to identify once in the precinct as were the locations of the rooms. There was no WiFi in the section where my room was and the telephone did not work either so I was obliged to walk across to the reception every time for connectivity. The mechanism for the blinds of the high level window was broken so the blind remained closed. No swimming pool or it was no longer in use(!)

The room and bathroom were spacious. The breakfast was exceptionally varied and excellent, worth going to the hotel just for the breakfast!

Extremely dirty and worn down outside the room. Extremely poor noise attenuation from outside and neighbouring rooms. (And happy partying youngsters all night long.) Staff did not show much enthusiasm but that that can certainly be understood considering the non-stop wild partying.

- Staff is nice but too often we didn't get the service we needed. In one case the bartender in the bar disappeared for half an hour, in another, we needed the light bulb to be replaced in the garden and that didn't happen until the next day. Mostly staff like that. - Not too much activities on site.

- Clean (but a bit old) - Nice location if you're looking for something which is "zimmer-like" and in the central district. - Daily tickets to the water park across the street - decent breakfast

Classic room is not to be booked. Classic rooms need to be urgently renovate not to be put on the market. The price for them is to high also. Superior rooms are ok, price to high. Reception guy very rude, angry that we complained about the things that wasn't worked in the room. Refrigerator not working, bathroom with black mold.

Breakfast and dinner ok, not wow! You can find something to eat, but very modest for the price you pay for it. Water park nearby recommended. Surrounding pastoral and quiet, nice for a walk That's was the second time we accomodate here, we have much better memories from the first stay here. Now, the second stay was quit a disappointment, room, meals, staff... Such a pity!

the hotel is nice, we stayed at the renovated building, so the room was nicely designed and spacious but it was very basic. the balcony was nice with a view to the garden. for a business stay it was good

As I said, the hotel itself and everything inside it looks like they were frozen from the 90's or beginning of 2000. It wasn't bad, but it can be improved.

It was quite nice, not too fancy, clean and all in all, it was worth the money and met our expectations. I would do this again. The combination of the hotel itself and the water park was the right combination.

Food was fine. Wine would have been nice at dinner. The hotel called us just a week before our stay (when all other dates were already booked) that the main day we would be there, the water park wpuod be closed for an event - with no discount and in addition, They charged us extra for the ages of our kids. They should have offered a discount for renting out the waterpark for an event when the hotel had already been booked (for two months) to previous guests.

They didn't had any food shop or even a food cart open. We were few days BEFORE the season opening, so ... probably expected due to the small number of people around. I am sure all will change next week (after June 1st).

The place is nice, peaceful but recommended when the water park is open. Even tough only few guests they prepared a very good breakfast.

I don't have much to complain about. The only thing I think needs some improvement is the Lobby chairs and sofas they were not comfortable at all. Maybe to add more benches or rocking chairs in the grass area. I really can't complain, everything was wonderful.

We had the most beautiful family vacation this August. We loved our huge comfortable room. We loved the play room for our kids, the grass with the blow up jumping activities, we loved the breakfast every morning. The pool was incredibly fun, it was amazing to have a water park 1 minute away. We also loved the Beach Cafe looking over the ocean. It was a dream vacation for us- I would recommend it to Everyone!!!!! Not too crowded by people, so calm and relaxing at night to sit on the grass. Staff was amazing. We will defiantly be coming back next summer!
