Nothing as such but should avoid visiting during the long weekends when there is huge rush as very difficult to handle

Man who took us in first day at the desk bragged about the things he did in Taj Hotels. He was trying to compare and implement whatever he did or didn't do there to this place. He came to our room to get our documents and even tried to take photo of our document with his personal Mobile. That's what you guys train them for???? In the morning while we want to check out it is "fish market" those who want to check-in want to rush for breakfast.No body gives dam to if our flight is missed because it is hard to checkout. Toilet paper are under sink, small and always wet.

Cleanliness was not upto the mark, linen were unclean and smelly, white linen looked greyish. Layout of the wash room was out of place. WC is very close to the wash basin and bad design space wise. Shower is poorly designed . It is not designed properly to keep the wash room dry. No towel hanger in Access for the shower. Leaky hand spray. Towel rack loosely hanging. Breakfast was not appealing at all for the price paid for nightly rate. Air conditioning control is not proper . It either makes too cool or hot. No adjustment . Smelly elevator and corridors ( food, strong spice and foul smell). Strange check out time 8 AM. Polite but Undertrained staff. No proper guide of television . One keeps switching the channels but no subscription. Asked for list of channel numbers which are accessible. Did not get any from the staff.

There was nothing appealing in the hotel for the price paid. Paid the price of a 7 star hotel, however neither the facility nor the service even close to the minimum standard of a star hotel.

Room service is so poor that if u order a sandwich u gotto wait 75 minutes acc to watch,in between u hv to make 3 reminder calls. If u as them for breakfast! They’ll say it will take 1 hour atleast! may be more than that! Please tell if u want to order or not! If ask them to bring toilet roll and towel, after waiting 40mins acc to watch, they’ll get u Water and tissue then towel in another 15 minutes hence u delay ur stay then front office ask u “ sir ye paise to aapko dene hi padenge” Rude person and u decide to pay 700 for their own fault just because u dont want to spoil the rest of your day! front office will suggest u Pandit ji for darshan and temple tour at minimal charge! later he will introduce another guy who’ll introduce him as Ananya’s Owner and will tell u stories and ask for donations and money in the name of charity! sucks!

i liked the reviews but once i experience how polite they try to be but they are so damn mean! i waited for the towel more than one hour which lead me to pay for extra 699/-

Charged more than what is confirmed on booking.com.. no other amenities like swimming pool and all.. when asked they simply say they're renovating.. not worth only for a room..
