How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Wow...flat was amazing....the sevice they give house keeping plus the cleanliness was great...the apartment was having everything like view ,spacious rooms,kitchen with all equipments...we didn't faced any problem during stay..it was up to mark...will surely visit next time❤️

THE ONLY THING WE DIDN'T LIKED IS THERE IS NO TV CHANNELS WORKING AND THERE IS NO MIRROR INSIDE FOR DRESS CHANGING. ACTUALLY IT REALLY SAD TO SAY THAT, SUCH A GOOD PROPERTY HAS NO MIRROR INSIDE.
WE LIKED THE PROPERTY STARTING FROM THE ENTRANCE. IT REALLY LOOKS GOOD

Nothing as such
Amazingly serene ambience. Enjoyed the comfort of staying in a 5 Star like property with Home like privacy and convenience. Excellent location enabling less than 20-30 minutes drive to all main beaches and restaurants. Beautiful interiors and outside view. The owners were just a message away for any help/assistance. Felt like being hosted by some close friends.

Basics were missing 1) soap holders inside the bathroom were missing 2) drinking water gets stopped when there is no power and we had no power for the full day. 3) no water bottles were kept to mitigate these power failures. 4) for a family of four for two days, just one small soap was provided, no shampoo, nothing. 5) mobile internet signals are too poor if there is a power failure. 6) parking is a luck always. Except owners Noone is allowed to park inside. If you are a tourist with yellow board, the treatment will not be satisfactory. 7) cleaning will be done once in two days else it's chargeable. Overall an over rated property ,missing the basics!

Need waiting room, its a common grouse for all incoming guests, the welcome experience is bad.Can add some few basdic kitchen utensils like spatula , cutting board etc.Doesnt cost much but needed items.

Best thing about this property is its location. Though it looks like old property but the Villas by side and greenery makes the experience better. Our apartment had a very old school items or furniture and many things were not cleaned when we reached there. Getting food from the menu they provide is pain, they deliver after one hour or more! Though zomato or kind of service works. There is also one bathroom in the apartment which was quite uncomfortable for four people staying at one place. Swimming pool is good, parking area is bit scary as there are many coconut trees and you have to be careful that you get the good spot in case any coconut fall from the tree.

I would like to start with a shout out to Anu our lovely host. She called us every day to ask if everything was ok or if we needed anything. While reaching this place we realized that this is less than a minute away from Cabana! Now about the place. - It was very clean. And the ACs were already on for our welcome. - They have a washing machine and this was something we didn't realize that we would use so much. - it's a beautiful view from the balcony and the pool was right outside our gate! We had a delightful 5 day stay here. Will visit again!

There is nothing I didn't like about this place. It was beyond expectations!
I loved the location, cleanliness,staff and how quickly I was responded by the owner as well. Overall experience was epic. It's not very expensive and worth every penny. I would definitely recommend everyone reading this review to choose this property Everything is close by.. you'll get pocket friendly breakfast within a 3 mins walk.
