How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

At the time of check out the packed breakfast was not upto the standard Cut fruit was given n it was not fresh The receptionist at the check out in the morning was trying to charge us extra saying it was based on the days rate when we had done the booking on booking.com n the tariff was confirmed When we showed the confirmation she changed her statement Very unprofessional n not acceptable

Can do better with the bed as 2 single beds are a bit small in size.
Staff including the front desk manager are very helpfull, check in was donecearly since i reached by 12 room eas given quickly, i had dinner and lunch at Zima was excellent Chinese food, breaffast is great as well. The cleaning housekeeping is top notch. Perfect place to stay with good road and metro connectivity as well.

Radisson Blu stay was not as expected. I booked a standard room which was a very small than the ones that Radisson actually has, which was quite surprising for the brand
The staff and hospitality were really nice. The duty manager, Mr Jamsheer was quick to assist me with an upgrade after I was surprised with how small the standard room was. He helped me with every other trouble I had and the rest of the times. Siddharth was very helpful too. He helped me learning about the sorroundings and was very polite

Excellent customer service experience. All staff were highly professional in their approach and each one of them tried their best to ensure that all my needs are met and I am comfortable staying there. Restaurant and housekeeping staff were very courageous indeed. Sorry guys I couldn’t note down your names but you are guys and gals are awesome. Keep doing the good work🙏

The Radisson Blue Hotel has seen better days. The formerly high-quality room furnishings have been given a coat of white paint, but this does not hide their condition. The room rate and quality are on a par with an Indian hotel.3☆☆☆ plus.
The entire hotel staff is extremely friendly, courteous and well trained, 5☆☆☆☆☆. Especially Mr Jishu

The reception staff seemed a bit out of their depth at times. We ordered an early packed breakfast and a car. The breakfast has not been ordered.
The hotel had a nice restaurant with friendly staff. The room was a good size and was clean. There was a good selection of foods for breakfast.

The AC wasn’t working properly, they managed to repair it after complaining twice. The bathtub and the curtains in the toilet wasn’t clean.

Rooms had a funny smell and hotel quite dated. Some of the stuff in the room didn’t work (e.g. safe and lights control) but they will fix it right away for you
Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. Dinner at the rooftop is amazing. Proximity to metro was really helpful for my trip

Staff were not very welcoming in reception or in the dining room. One member of reception even lied about being fully booked, when we enquired about a late check out, even though there were a variety of rooms available on Booking.com.

There was a small light defect in the room and some lamp turned on/off during the night. But it was not much trouble. The hotel is quite high and busy, so the 2 elevators was often very slow to arrive
The hotel is very practical, business oriented (not for tourism in Fort Kochi). They upgraded our room, which was very much appreciated! I was impressed about how well soundproofed the hotel was in this busy city. Very nice sleep!
