Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Staff including the front desk manager are very helpfull, check in was donecearly since i reached by 12 room eas given quickly, i had dinner and lunch at Zima was excellent Chinese food, breaffast is great as well. The cleaning housekeeping is top notch. Perfect place to stay with good road and metro connectivity as well.

IndiaRadisson Blu stay was not as expected. I booked a standard room which was a very small than the ones that Radisson actually has, which was quite surprising for the brand
The staff and hospitality were really nice. The duty manager, Mr Jamsheer was quick to assist me with an upgrade after I was surprised with how small the standard room was. He helped me with every other trouble I had and the rest of the times. Siddharth was very helpful too. He helped me learning about the sorroundings and was very polite

Saudi ArabiaThere was a small light defect in the room and some lamp turned on/off during the night. But it was not much trouble. The hotel is quite high and busy, so the 2 elevators was often very slow to arrive
The hotel is very practical, business oriented (not for tourism in Fort Kochi). They upgraded our room, which was very much appreciated! I was impressed about how well soundproofed the hotel was in this busy city. Very nice sleep!
