Excellent hospitality . Equivalent to that of Oberoi . I think Taj has improved a lot in few years . Keep it up

My recent stay at Taj Fort Aguada was nothing short of exceptional, leaving me with unforgettable memories of luxury and relaxation. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a breathtaking view of the Arabian Sea. Taj Fort Aguada exceeded my expectations in every way. It is a true oasis of luxury and tranquility, perfect for those seeking an unforgettable escape. Considering that Goa is now a culinary hub, F&B offerings at the hotel was way below average. Also, I was surprised how under the staff got under pressure when there was a group check-in. Everything went haywire with service then.

Hospitality at another level. They were so sweet in organizing my husband's birthday by throwing a surprise red-carpet welcome to our villa welcoming us with guitar play along with cake and wine .. so touched by their sweet gesture especially thankful to Abigail, Vincent Anurag and Neeta and Reita and every hotel staff who welcomed us and treated us with warmth. Lovely stay ❤

Perhaps this is an American thing, but we don't like to be called on the phone or have someone ring our doorbell multiple times to see if everything is okay. If something's amiss, we'll report it. Thank goodness for "do not disturb" buttons. If you take naps or go to bed early, it's nice not to be interrupted. Really, everything was great.

The sea view was unbelievably beautiful, as was the garden setting. We also liked the privacy of the cottage and its decor. It was fun to explore both Taj properties and eat in various restaurants. Our favorite was the Banyan Tree, and we were pleasantly surprised with the variety at Caravela in the early evening. We are glad we chose the Fort Aguada Taj because it felt more intimate and because we didn't like the alcohol bar mentality at the Holiday Village pool. Kudos to Kailash in housekeeping and Aarushi at the breakfast buffet. We decided halfway through our stay that we didn't want to take any more tours. Why leave the fabulous Taj Fort Aguada resort when it was the best part of our vacation?

Nothing at all. The only small feedback I would have is that guests who come into the property should themselves be more careful and conscientious. We sometimes saw cigarette buds at odd places, even though they are very clearly marked smoking zones. This is not a fault of the people of the hotel, but lack of civic sense from some of the guests. It's impossible for the hotel to administer 70 acres of their hotel properties to ensure what is expected already from the people who come there.

Just about everything in our holiday was incredible. The beautiful views from the resort, the ability of our kids to play freely across two properties, and the unbelievable pampering we received from the staff from the staff. By the end, we just didn't want to leave, even though we had been there 8 days. Some of the absolute gems of the staff I'd like to highlight - Avila from the Caravela restaurant. She pampered our kids no end, was one of the sweetest people we've ever met. Abigail, Jesyl and Abhirami from the reception- they were so helpful always. Also fussing over us. Sanjeev and Sahoo from the pool across both the properties. Very caring and careful about the kids in the pool. Gurvinder - the fnb manager. really went out of his way to give us great coffee. Chef Ashutosh from Kokum, and the chef at Caravela- went out of their ways to give us some things which were not on the menu.

No private beach . main course was super expensive 1400/-. If you could decrease the price people will eat more at the hotel rather than eating out

Damp smell in our bedroom and on sheets & pillows (room 106).

Fantastic location. Comfortable room and sit-out area. Lovely Italian restaurant. Good breakfasts. Lovely pool area. Great service from everyone.

The wi-fi in our room was a flakey but this was our only niggle and not a major issue!

Set in a stunning location, lovely hotel, simply amazing staff, excellent shuttle facilities between the nearby sister resort. The pool staff were very very attentive, moving the parasols whenever you wanted shade and keeping us hydrated with regular bottles of cold water. Great secure access to the nearby beach, bars etc and the food was consistently excellent, both breakfast and dinner!
