Room size is not so great and the inside room furniture is also a bit old. But the toilets are renovated and excellent.

Property is old. Room size is a bit lower when you consider it as a five star hotel. But other common facilities are excellent. Restaurants and food are outstanding. And above all the exceptionally excellent staff and their laudable attitude is the game changer factor. Right from the gate to entry to front office to house keeping to restaurant to travel help desk to everywhere. They are simply awesome. I am really happy I chose this specific Marriott hotel property at tTank Bund road.

Exceptionally guest friendly staff Always helpful to provide the best solution to any problem. Provided best deals possible ( eg: I had to add few guests etc) I had my son’s as well as my wife’s bday the same week where we stayed and we received a surprise cake. Breakfast buffet was amazing with so many items. If you needed some specific items not in the list, the chefs were very easy to work with to accommodate the food of our choice. Highly rate Marriott Hyderabad for anyone to come and enjoy Hyderabad / Secunderabad.

It was a little difficult for Uber drivers and rickshaw drivers to find the entrance at times.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and accommodating. Four staff members deserve special recognition: Will on the 8th floor rooftop bar, Yating in the ground floor coffee shop, Mosaley in the ground floor coffee shop, and Kaleem at the front door went above and beyond to help an American tourist feel comfortable in Hyderabad and India in general. They offered restaurant suggestions, city-travel tips, and, overall, helped out of more than a sense of duty but out of a genuine interest in being welcoming and connecting with guests from abroad.

I went to the Lounge and it was a mess … Dirty and Messy. Floors creaking noise with every step you take . Times outside the entrance say different times .. Messed up my room# when billing… soaking floors , slippery bath tub , sago bed .. will never step foot here ..

Hari om and Prakash on the Reception were very friendly. BikramJeet and Amit Bisht at the Breakfast counter were warm and caring along with Gaurav who was always there to help and go beyond the requisites. Gaccha from Brdri was phenomenol on both days during dinner.

This is my 4th visit and evey visit is more brilliant then the previous visit specifically because of Mr. Prakash and Mr. Rugved. Everytime I am welcomed with greated with smile on their face. They constantly keep on checking that we have comfortable stay. Whenever we visit India Hyderabad Marriott is my first choice. Excellent staff , nice rooms , excellent food and great hospitality. Keep it up.
