The staff at the Italian restaurant was very careless. And also at their coffee shop. They need to be better trained. However Aslam was excellent and so was puja and Rashmi at the front desk.

There are a lot of functions like weddings which are a bit intrusive and noisy.

This is a very pleasant place to stay. The grounds are lovely, green and spacious and very relaxing. The spa rooms are luxurious and spacious, with steam and showers. The pool is huge and very well looked after by a gracious, attentive staff! The rooms are immaculate and charming, decorated in traditional Rajput style. The Cinnamon restaurant serves exceptional gourmet Rajasthani and other cuisines. Highly recommend this as a delightful retreat from the bustle of Jaipur.

Disappointed I arranged a wedding anniversary dinner for my parents 6 months in advance and it was not arranged, had to wait 1.5hr for the venue to organise, however was wonderful when we did enjoy

The hotel is really outstanding. We stayed in suite. Simply superb. All the staff members were excellent. They showed exemplary professionalism. We like to specially mention the names of the front office staff Mr. Shiv Mathur, the dining hall staff Mr. Aslam, the chef Mr. Burman, the security in charge. Mr. Shiv Mathur was very helpful and polite. In fact all the staff of reception, dining hall, travel desk were superb. The evening programs were good, the flute in the morning was melodious. The dancing of peacocks made our stay extra special. If we visit Jaipur again, we will stay here for sure.

Spa's staff was on holiday on that day ,so I missed it and ,that I didn't expected after a long drive of 500 kms. Unexpectable at a five star rated property. Should have a buffet dinner instead of a la carte.

The palace was amazing, staff was courteous and ever smiling & greeting. The cultural event at evening was mesmerizing. Food was good with a lot of varieties. Breakfast was a buffet but dinner wasn't.

The breakfast choice could have been better. We stayed at Le Meridian the night before. When comparing, Le Meridian was spoilt for choice. The stay and the restaurant menu could be cheaper.
