We had a Great experience. Everyone was extremely helpful especially Ms Shirley at the Front desk and Mr Jaffer.

Our room had too many cockroaches. second night was ok. however the third night, we found them all over the room , on the table, bed etc. We complained and asked for a change of room. unfortunately, in the new room, the lock did not work. The aircons in both the rooms were not effective.

The food was good. The breakfast had a good spread. We had dinner a couple of time and enjoyed the experience. The staff was courteous and accommodated early check-in and late check out. the decor was pleasant.

The reception staff one in particular (female) was not very friendly.

The breakfast had variety all different days, And catered for different nationalities. Staff could be little more interactive and smile a bit. They are all very serious.

Breakfast could definitely be improved. I could see only vegetarian options and that too most of it was carbs heavy. Would love to see eggs being served. I didn't avail the breakfast because of this reason.

The main person at the reception (Shirley) should not sit at the front desk welcoming guests, I have never come across a more unfriendly and rude person at check in at a hotel- no hello, welcome or smile. Although we booked weeks ago with the request to have 2 rooms close together (as we were traveling with our 17 year old daughter), the rooms offered were one on the 1st and one on the 7th floor!!!! not even the same floor!! ( in all other hotels big and small there was no question that the rooms were close together) Only after we made it clear we would not accept this arrangement and insisted on speaking to the manager, finally things were shuffled around , with a room upgrade so that we would have rooms on the same floor. The breakfast buffet is quite limited and not high quality (compared to the neighbouring Adarsh Hamillton hotel)

Overall the stay was pleasant; the rooms we got at the end were large and comfortable

I had to ask for towels on two separate occasions because the cleaning people had taken them away but not replaced them with new ones. The wifi is terrible. Had to call for coffee packets twice because they do not restock them.

Great location in UB City. It is central to everything but also quiet due to being removed from the road. The restaurant next to the pool is pleasant. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is veg only but the dosas are good. Staff accommodated my special request to store some things in the freezer. Free self serve laundry facility is great.

The hotel doesn't allow visitors which makes it tough to catch up with family and friends. We travel for leisure and even if one travels for business they still may want to meet clients. This policy should be flexible.

The breakfast was generally disappointing. The swimming pool had a lot of pigeons drinking the water and flying around and we were therefore concerned about the water cleanliness.

The rooms are well appointed and a reasonable size. Reception and other staff and were all very helpful. The library is a nice feature that we used.

Room late is great for short stay work visit. Facilities such washer, dryer and kitchenette makes it feel like home rather than a hotel. Courteous and helpful staff.
