Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Germany1. No Safe provided when requested for safe custody of my Passport and other valuables. 2. No Ceiling Fan in the Room so it was compulsory to use the A/C permanently for ventilation. 3. There are no Reading Lights at the head of Bedside so one is forced to sit at the table to read. 4.There are NO TV Channels available in the Set in the Room. When inquired, Receptionist informed that the required Channels need to be configured by a Technician. This was not informed to me at the time of Check In. Even after the Technician provided access to a few channels, still it was extremely cumbersome to identify these. 5. One chair was very rundown with ragged, torn upholstery

The bedsheets had holes and didn't look clean even after being changed. The reception staff was not always attentive. IndiaThe attitude of the staff needs improvement at evert place. The facility will reach to the next level just if the staff starts working with service mentality which is missing. I could see a casual attitude with the staff and I am travelling for over 30 years and stayed from 7 star facilities to lodges and the observation of mine is unbiased. Also the wifi of the room stayed was only supporting one instrument. Shoe polishing machines near lifts entrance will be appreciated.
The location is the advantage for the property and the food taste is satisfactory.

IndiaI was expecting much better service. Not up to expectations. Expectation is based on my experience in Chennai and Mumbai at hotels which charge almost similar prices. Rooms had cockroaches, cobweb. Reception staff does not care to clarify and looking at chance to disconnect the call. Staff dont bother to keep water, all three days during breakfast, Staff dont look after customers. They carry on their own works. Even after asking for water, they take a good amount of time to bring it. They provide 2 half litre water bottle per day in the room and it is given only if we ask. Even after cleaning, they dont keep water. Overall, OKAY place to stay. If they improve service and have friendly staff, it will be an excellent place. I will look for similar other properties next time.
