Great location, cordial and helpful staff (front desk, restaurant and room cleaning), comfortable rooms, delicious spread of breakfast buffet. Everything about the stay was 10/10. I requested the front desk to change my room to a quieter room when I extended my stay by few more days for my meetings and they were super accommodative.

Only opportunity area could be the spa services. The rates are pretty steep for the duration of the spa. And it will be great to have a swimming pool.

Great location. Super friendly and accommodating staff who pay attention to details and try their best to meet your requests. Amenities in the room are very good. Size slightly small but comfortable. Room cleaning staff very efficient with 24hrs availability. I had a requested a small note for my mother which was sweetly handwritten by Alexis from front desk. All the staff at front desk are super amiable and helpful. Breakfast spread is really good with a variety of Indian and western options, fabulous live counter. The restaurant staff are on their toes to provide best quality and service and reach out to share any feedback for improvement. This was a mother’s day gift for my mom and she absolutely enjoyed the stay. I will love to stay again in this hotel.

Room opened to the row of homes across the street so curtains needs to be drawn at all times. Breakfast was quite limited and just alright in taste. Nohighlights really.

Loved the location close to all the happening places of Park Street. Hospitality and the staff were truly welcoming and warm.

Friendly welcome. Airport transfers both ways arranged by hotel and worked well. Staff were very helpful. Room was very comfortable. The outdoor dining would be wonderful when the weather is cooler 40+ during our visit. Dinner and breakfast were very good. Fine location 20 minutes walk to Victoria Memorial.

They apparently don't provide empty plates in your room and it's chargeable if they do. That was strange and inconvenient if you order from outside.

The stay was both comfortable and super value for money. The check-in experience was seamless. They allocated the type of room I had requested, noise free, away from the elevator. Their breakfast buffet is sumptuous. The staff at the restaurant are so attentive. Housekeeping was impeccable. Special mention for the in room dining experience on the first night where they customized my beverage exactly as per my request. Beautiful property, definitely worth a visit.

Very good restaurant, food and breakfast. You can eat inside and outside (in the garden). Large room with all confort. Staff very kind, helpfull and professional. Good position near to the major attractions and metro line. In this hotel i dont find anything bad.

Construction work at hotel entrance limited movement access. Access to Uber due to one way road at different times of day.

There should be a handrail at the front stairs for mobility challenged people. The spa rates seemed a bit too high. Food pricing was a bit on the higher side.

I felt the hotel lacked an internal bar / cafe space. The only space available was a restaurant which was not ideal if you wanted to meet colleages for a drink and a catch up and not a full meal. The only other option available was a board room which was quoted at over £100 for a couple of hours use.

A well located hotel with the bonus of a garden - a welcome oasis after a day in the city!

Too many checks to the room during checkout. I got visited by 3 folks.

Great location. Property interior gives me a boutiqu hotel feeling and at the same time some contemporariness. There was a beautiful garden/patio part of resturant which was really good. The staffs were very courteous.
