The air conditioning was too strong and couldn’t be adjusted. It was too hot with it off at night, but too cold with it on.

The location is excellent, near the fort, and I especially loved a local market near the hotel, which was lively and full of exotic charm. All the staff were very friendly. In the morning, I left a tip on the pillow, but the cleaning boy didn’t take it because he thought I had forgotten it—so honest! Since I had an afternoon train, they let me use the shower when I was back to get my luggage after checking out. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

This Haveli was perfect, in a calm street, but still very close to the Fort. Clean and with a beautiful and excellent rooftop restaurant. They arranged for us everything we could ask for (laundry, safari, transport from Jodhpur) and most of all the staff was super friendly. Definitely recommended

Cool/ cold shower in the morning!

Beautiful rooms, lovely roof top restaurant was excellent for a great breakfast and a cool gin and tonic in the evening. All the staff were superb and very helpful. Trip to the desert with Ookah - an excellent driver - will be a memorable highlight of my six week trip. Highly recommend.

This new hotel was built in the style of a traditional house. The roof terrace offers a wonderful view of the old city. The food was very good and the service attentive.

Superb Hotel that completely exceeded my expectations. The warm welcome, the wonderfully decorated room with beautiful bathroom. Food in the rooftop restaurant was excellent with a nice view of the city and fort. Loved the very well organised camel safari. Best however was the fantastic staff (especially Ishwar) who did everything they could to make my stay extremely pleasant. This place is highly recommended

We stayed here 2 nights with a gap in the middle where we went in the non-touristic safari (which was awesome & you should do). Hotel room was huge. Bathroom was clean, hot water. The fort and markets were an easy 10min walk, with simple instructions to get there

Our room was huge. It was authentic in style. The bed was large and comfortable. The AC worked well too. We loved the window bay we could sit in & watch outside. The bathroom was big and modern too. The staff were amazing, happy, smiling and wanting to help us with water, food, our bags. They also stored our bags whilst on an overnight safari. When we returned from our safari mid morning our bags were back in the original room we had and we were able to shower and relax straight away, rather than wait for the proper check in time.

Very little the AC remote had no batteries and we wasn't plugged. No big deal fixed instantly. We only ate there once. But had some nice chill time on the roof with a few beers

Very clean, professionally run, tasteful haveli style newer hotel. The hotel is located a short, easy to navigate distance away from the entrance to the historic fort, shops, restaurants. We really liked being outside the fort where things were a little calmer (unless there happens to be a wedding party across the street!) The staff were super sweet, warm and very attentive. The restaurant food and service was excellent. We took advantage of the “non touristic safari”. It was a beautiful, no frills relaxing break from the frenetic pace of city life, riding camels in silence an hour into the desert, eating simple food prepared over a fire, sleeping on comfortable metal cots with heavy blankets looking up to the open sky. They also arranged a terrific driver, Dilip Singh, for us to go to Bikaner, Mandawa, Nawalgarh and Jaipur for us. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

From the toilet there was a bed smell, but with the doors closed it was ok.

Nice place, nice room, comfortable bed, good pancakes and ginger tea for breakfast. Owners really nice. Desert tour (giudes Santos and his college) really great!

It's a really beautiful hotel within walking distance of Jaisalmer Fort. The food was delicious, and the staff was very polite. The management provided everything we requested and ensured our stay was pleasant. I will definitely recommend it and look forward to staying here again. 😄

The hotel room were really nice and very typical. We asked for a taxi transfer from Jodhpur Airport to Jaisalmer and the owner picked us up. He was super friendly and very helpful to help us organise our 2 days and also our trip with the same company to the desert. This was also awesome experience, without any tourist incl camel ride and overnight under the staff. Lastly we had the opportunity to test the restaurant and it was also super nice It is also very well located to walk around the city

Everything!! So pretty everywhere, super comfortable, so much attention to detail here. The location was perfect, not in the busy hectic fort but a lovely stroll less than 10 minutes away. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Endless hot water, huge towels, and a wonderful breakfast selection that was included.
