I like how it’s small compact but still spacious. The room was clean, pleasant and we had a sea view window, the location is great!

Staff. Lobby staff always on phone. Playing games. Many times no staff in lobby. Hotel inside doesnt look new. Though cleanliness in room is there. Water in washroom was hot and impossible to bath. Shower was hot too. Overall Staff needs to be more trained and smart. (Esp front desk ) They seem not bothered. Breakfast spread was small. But breakfast staff was attentive and smart.

Maintenance is needed. Our a/c was leaking condensation water and the bathroom was in need of some TLC.

Breakfast team very slow, and the lady working there is very rude. Several times brought wrong items. She is not helpful at all, as she avoids doing work.

The bathrooms could do with a deep clean at least once a month or so. The tiles were very dirty and the corners and edges looked likes attention had never been paid here. If these points were actioned the rooms would be a lot more appealing.

The staff were very nice and there was a lot of staff considering the size of the hotel. There was some nice freebies in the lobby.

we were overcharged by the hotel staff on our return taxi to the airport -we were forced to stay a night in JUHU due to flight connection timings -Our taxi from the airport was 600 rupees but to go back the following morning the hotel staff forced us to pay more than 3 times the amount -crooked

It is not the cleanest and the walls between the rooms are thin.

The location is very spot on. We stayed for 36 hours before catching our late night flight back home. This location allowed us to explore a little of the city and have the comfort to be close to the airport.

Breakfast was not as we had expected which was served in our room

First day breakfast was not good at all as we were told to have breakfast in our room as there was function going on in breakfast hall. We didn't like the food servered

It was a bit expensive compared to places we've stayed since, but to be expected in a big city.

This was a great first stop as we arrived in Mumbai. On a very busy street, but with an easy walk to the beach, ATM and cafes.

1. The hotel asked full cash payment before checking in and did not give the change back. 2. Hotel charged me more than agreed and did not provide break up of the charges. The receipt did not appear to be official receipt.

The rooms weren’t ready on time as painting work was going on. We had to wait a lot to get the ready room. Even in the night we could sleep well as scraping of walls and painting work was going on in the adjacent room. The breakfast was hardly any item… just 2/3 items thats all! Even the lobby was dusty and shabby all along the stay cause of repair work going on. No place to walk also in the hotel. Bathrooms are small and it had no amenities(available only on order which takes forever to come).

The location was the only plus point of the hotel.

It’s in a good location near the beach and close to the airport , the beds are comfy and the wifi is ok , the staff are great so the pro’s outweigh the cons
