We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

IndiaThe washroom had a kind of smell which was hard to get used to. No eatery within or nearby the villa but Swiggy and Zomato helped.
The room was spacious and the location was scenic. The staff was very helpful and cordial.

Good overall experience. We stayed one night here. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The manager was very cooperative and helpful. Currently they don't have a restaurant facility, which is currently under construction and might be available sometime soon. Online delivery from swiggy/Zomato can be done, and delivery will be fast.

IndiaIt would have been better if they had breakfast facilities which we hear is in the works. Also, the building infrastructure itself could do with a bit of a facelift and more refined aesthetic look.
The place is set up as a fairly comfortable homestay with basic amenities and very close to city center and in close proximity for sightseeing. The staff are incredibly helpful who arranged for commute options and for the price was a value for money stay.

IndiaOur room geaser was not giving out hot water, but they ensured to give buckets of hot water for bath and was actually not their fault. Food has to be ordered prior as they prepare food fresh. Alternately they give you suggestions on restaurants.
The place is maintained clean and staff are very supportive. They proactively call and inform about the navigation to their place as Google maps shows another small route. They also guide u on places to visit and very supportive.

IndiaNo room service at the property. Don't trust google it will take you to a different location. Since it's a hill station, you would be parking your car at the extreme edge of the cliff on the road ( they didn't have parking).
It's a small house with a couple of rooms on the top floor. The rooms were a good size and it was clean. few minutes to the market close by.
