The property was well-maintained and the overall staff was courteous, especially the kitchen team who provided excellent service. However, I was disappointed with the behavior of the manager at the reception. He seemed unfamiliar with the correct GST values and was quite rude during our interaction. I would recommend the owner to ensure the front desk staff is better trained in both customer service and basic billing knowledge, as it's important to treat clients with respect in hospitality I guess.

Wifi is terrible. If you don't need to use it often then you will be fine, as someone who works online and I was traveling alone it was a big frustration. They also wouldn't let me pay on my card which was a huge inconvenience for me as I get charged extra to withdraw money from atm / had to walk there. They also tried to give me the wrong change when I paid in cash

Facilities: The washrooms looked like they need to be looked into. they were clean but things needed fixing. the hair dryers didn't work. The shower was almost broken. The toiletries were emptied from bottles and when asked, they didn't had the handwash/soap, stating hotel ran out of it. Parking facilities: The hotel allows the driver to use hotel toilet and bathing facilities from 7am to 7pm. we asked the staff and our driver was allowed in our presence post this time. Just keep this in mind if you're taking a long term taxi. Wifi: wifi wasn't working, we checked with staff and they confirmed

Property condition really needs to be addresses noting that it’s a heritage property but needs a lot more improvement

Location and staff is the only positive about this property. Heritage is just by the outer look,inside the property is a disaster. We checked in late and found the linens dirty, duet cover was already filthy and we had to ask staff to get them changed. The hotel manager was really cooperative and understood our issue and agreed to not charge us anything since we didn’t like the property and the services offered. They simply charged lesser than the original price we booked for the property and left early next day amending the booking from 3 days to 1.

Room could of been a cleaned more thoroughly there was dust on furniture and bathroom bin was dirty. Towels could do with an upgrade as were quite grey. Quite a few flights of steps if you have luggage but the staff will help.

2 comfortable nights spent here, bed was comfortable, sheets were clean. Staff were helpful. Nice to sit and eat breakfast on the rooftop. It has a swimming pool but I didn’t get round to using it.

The art work and styling of this hotel is to die for. If you are new to India - and want a proper Indian style - come here! Don’t wait your time with a contemporary-styled hotel that you could find anywhere in the world. This hotel is unique and worthy of any trip to India and Jaipur.

Dated room Sunday night the hotel was not able to help with taxi or auto for going back to airport The suggestion was to take the bus, not really ideal with luggage’s but it’s only a small detail

The lock for the door is a padlock. The shower water heater was plugged in inside the shower, which did not feel safe.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are wonderful! The food was so delicious and rooftop terrace is a perfect place to enjoy a meal with family.

The hotel chef is fantastic. Great location. Small grocery shops just down the road. Close to bank and beer and wine shop by foot. Plenty of took tooks in the street to get you around. Great service and friendly staff.

Nothing really. Wifi drops out occasionally but that was not the hotel's fault.

This place is gorgeous, colourful, Indian heritage, good food, rooftop restaurant. Friendly owner and staff and a pool too! I thoroughly recommend this hotel.
