Only comment is on the meal plan the menu was the same whether you chose lunch or dinner. Great food but limited choice as it felt repetitive.

The rooms let this hotel down. They’re old and I’m drastic need of updating. If the rooms were modernised, I’d upgrade my rating to a 9.

When making my reservation I was asked to send a copy of my credit card (both sides) or lose my reservation. We resolved the problem but this request represents a big security risk and is not acceptable. The rooms are quite old and need to be refurbished. However everything was very clean. The rooms on the pool side are very nice but garden view rooms are rather dingy.

Beautiful pool, quiet location close to beach but also not far from restaurants. Very good breakfast. All the staff were polite, friendly and helpful.

Cleaning was good, but the room was already tired, I mean needed some renovation. Mosquitos in the room. Bad breakfast: we asked for the breakfast takeaway early in the morning and got only packed juice and bread with butter) And that’s all for whole price of breakfast. Security guy always sitting in front of our room 112. Maybe hotel could find another place for him)

There was a good calm quite location: 3 mins to the beach, 5 mins to the main road. Cozy central area and swimming pool. Pool stuff was really good, thanx them.

Loved our stay with Sonesta Inn. Our room was spacious and we loved having the seating area and balcony to use throughout the day! The bed was made daily and was so comfortable with lots of pillows and cushions! As we booked a non pool-view room, it was a nice surprise to be able to get a partial pool view. The bathroom was beautiful and we loved having all toiletries replenished daily. The bathroom is generously sized and the shower/ water pressure is excellent! The TV in our room had access to movies and live sports which was a great addition to the facilities available. The pool service was excellent and staff regularly check if we wanted refreshments or snacks. We were given pool towels to use and made to feel very welcome and relaxed around the hotel. There was some renovations ongoing during our stay but Sonesta Inn did well to keep this disruption to a minimum. The renovations are well underway and it looks like the upgrade will add to the beautiful experience at Sonesta Inn. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of both continental and Indian food. The food repertoire at Flavours was great, we enjoyed trying a bit of everything and welcomed suggestions from staff. We did order room service a few times and found the service to be excellent and again, staff were so kind. All hotel staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming. This was a fantastic place to just lay low and enjoy a peaceful week in a beautiful location. We were delighted to be given the opportunity for a complimentary late check out and were able to use our room until 4.30pm. For our final meal we were generously treated to a recommended 3 course meal.

There should be a fan in the Balcony. The shower unit in the bathroom should have grab bars and anti slip matting and a stool for senior citizens

The pool water was very warm but to be expected as it was very hot at that time of year!

Breakfast had a great selection and included omelettes cooked however you want. The pool area and gardens were beautiful amd the room was large with a balcony. We booked two rooms for 2 adults and 2 kids but probably could’ve squeezed in one room.
