I had lost my gold necklace there in the room. And the staff did not bother to just even check and ask others if they have seen or found it

But there is one guy in the building at the reception area was super lazy and way arrogant to help someone with politeness

rooms were dark and smelly. Beds are assigned randomly, I was assigned top beds although the bottom ones were vacant. There are better options than this one in Goa. Search for better options. The property is spread into two different buildings nearby and the one which is an extension of the main is not really good. Breakfast is only served in the main building. The washroom had no ventilation so good luck using it after someone.

I love my time staying there. All the staff members are really nice, helpful and know how to make your stay memorable. They organize different fun, musical events daily for everyone to enjoy. I made good friends and memories there. I will like to stay there again next time I travel to Goa.

Private room is not maintained well. Mouldy ceiling, very dirty + stained "couch" in the corner. No proper blinds facing the outside of the hostel (aka anyone could look into the window of the room I was in). Only a frosted glass window that faced into the inner common area. Staff was unhelpful and one even had a bit of an attitude when I asked some basic questions about local attractions. The price was NOT worth it and I had to pay in advance and the vibes were definitely off like other people mentioned in their reviews.

Location - close to Hilltop. Cool local rapper came to perform.

Everything about the hostel. They charged us for the pool table. They also did not had any staff support. Water was leaking from the AC for 3 days.

overall quite disappointed with this stay, use to came to Jungle hotel a few years ago in Vagator and the place changed a lot: no more swimming pool, the breakfast use to be a buffet but not anymore, even the vibe was a bit off…

They didnt mention anywhere that they have 2 wings A and B B Wing is separate and you have to walk 80-100m to reach the location which definately separates you from the common area and other event which they organize. You have to walk to the A wing to enjoy or chill You have to go back to wing A to give your laundry You have to get to wingA(80-100)mtrs 7 to 9 for breakfast Only small lockers available to keep your valuables like laptop etc

They clean the rooms and area everyday. Linens and bed are cleaned before you arrive. Bathroom was clean Staff was supportive They have a pool table arranged in B wing

1) Floor Tiles outside and Inside to be changed with better stain resistant. 2) Proper ventilation shall be provide for Rooms and air fresheners shall be sprayed daily once. 3) Room painting were shaded like bhooth bungla and needs to be repainted with light colors. 4) Outside sofas cushions were broken and damaged and needs to be changed.
