The front office is polite and friendly. The rooms are neat and comfortable. The food is good. The souvenir shop is excellent value for money. A shout out to Mr OP Yadav, Md Danish, Dinesh Trivedi, Ms Shikha and Shahid Khan (tour guide) for an excellent stay.

The painting and the bed frames are needing a refreshing. My room was in the basement, it wasn't written clearly on booking. The pool was dirty unfortunately. Taxi service to the airport are far above the Uber prices...

The staff were pushy for reviews of their food before we'd even started pudding.

The location is great, 10 minute walk from the Taj. The food here is amazing some of the best we ate in India.

Our stay at the taj resorts was comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect for us since it is just on walking distance from the Taj Mahal. The staff was very helpful and kind.

the air conditioning is not very good. the air is not cold enough to cool down the room. there is a ceiling fan that helped greatly so it was ok.

Fridge wasn’t working in room Being so close to the Taj, and being a woman travelling alone, I felt accosted every time I left the hotel. Not the hotel’s issue but worth being aware of. Friendliest place I stayed in my entire trip

We had a driver and guide but we walked to the Taj Mahual for Sunrise. Beautiful walk from the Hotel. We had breakfast included and it was very nice. Room was clean and all we needed for our 2 day stay.

Best part of this hotel is that, it's very near to Taj east gate. It was very convenient to go to see Taj. Hotel is average, breakfast buffet options could have been better. Instead of fresh orange juice they are serving tetra packed or frooti juice in the breakfast buffet. Even though they have 2 restaurants one in lobby and other on roof top, they serve breakfast in underground basement banquet Hall with no windows. It's kind of very dull atmosphere, and dulls the morning mood. When we checked in our room was in basement with no windows, I asked to change the room, I was told only deluxe rooms has windows and I need to upgrade for that. But when I told them deluxe rooms are not related to windows then they changed our room with window. Staff was OK, rest everything went fine.

Great swimming pool at this hotel. The children loved it. The location is ideal for the Taj visit, especially as we did it early in the morning. The staff were very responsive, especially at the travel desk. They were able to help us with all our needs. Food in the roof top Terrace restaurant was also good.

That waiters tried to encourage you to have buffet rather than a la carte. Also that hotel booked us on 2 safaris, but in zones 7-8, when all info says 6-9 least chance of seeing a tiger.

Staff were helpful in booking us tickets for the Taj Mahal and helping us with sights to see. Breakfast buffet was great. Good live music for dinner on the rooftop.
