Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

IndiaNo hot water, no restaurant facilities, no house keeping / any staffs apart from one receptionist. No other hotel staffs were there in the hotel. No internet / wifi at the hotel. Dirty bathrooms. Bill / payment receipt was not provided after paying the bill in cash.
Only the mattress of the bed was comfortable.

IndiaNo Drinking water at room while at the checking time. No room slipper instead provided with bathroom slipper. No working conditions of TV. Had to remind for the breakfast to make even after my booking was of CP plan.. Breakfast was not warm so had to leave un eaten. No Trained staffs up to the Hotel Name and expectations. No Shower Gel. No Iron provided. Will never visit this Property again.

IndiaEverything- they lack professionalism. All staff are novish , not trained yet as they informed the hotel has been handed over to a new management only one month back. Earlier we sent message for adjacent rooms but as we reached we found there was no elevator and we were allotted two rooms on 2nd floor at two extreme corners of a long corridor. Only one bottle of water was given each day, we had to call thousand times for another bottle over intercom. Room heater was charged extra - Rs 500 per day which was provided free at other places of Sikkim. There was gap in windows and chilled wind was coming inside through those gaps. There was no sofa in one room (202)and room was too small. Hot water was not supplied to bathroom at the specified hours and no geyser facility. Bed linens were not very clean, wardrobe and bedside drawers were dirty with full of dust. Housekeeping should get a big zero and front desk minus 1. We ladies over 55 had to go out in severe cold to buy our dinners every night of our stay. Tv was non operational.
