The main reason I have a 6 rating because there was a guest who was singing extremely Loud after repeatedly asking the staff to keep the volume down they did not help. It was as if he was in his own house screaming with his guitar after multiple requests in the reception they did not even ask I have seen multiple room mates and guests getting annoyed who were working on their laptop. These things need to be addressed with the management . Nerd nest need to make strict that all singing should be done at a low tone not screaming at his full volume. As if the stay was a concert hall.

The property was well maintained and cleaned the staff were well behaved and polite. All the rooms were clean. The most irritating part was a guest singing with all his lungs out. He was disturbing all the other guests after a long day of work we need a quiet place for relaxation but the singing with his throat out was extremely uncomfortable and made my whole evening bad. Nerd nest need to make sure that guests should not disturb others if the want to sing they can go in an open ground or at his own house not in a home stay

Here they have included the card payment, not only cash like in the most places in India and it was why I have chosen the Nerd Nest, because I didn’t want to withdraw more money as it was my last day in India - unfortunately that is not true and when I arrived they told me only cash and even after that they didn’t have the proper amount of change, it was only some 10 or 15 rupees extra, but it’s about whole situation. Room is very small, bed to bed and that leads to second thing which is the behaviour of other guests at night. I tried to go to sleep but whole night other guests were coming in and out of the room, even talking in the room, going on bed and down.. I was woken up almost every hour of the night, including 5 am…

It was clean and that really is a big plus. Many washrooms available so it’s always easy to use. You can do your laundry (I didn’t, but good to know), small breakfast included (butter toast and egg like omelette or boiled).

the beds were too small for me, also at night they have a lockdown time, they lock the main door after 10pm, you cannot go out after 10pm, no no night outs, no parties, the breakfast was only bread, not much variety,, and they don't have any option for vegetarian people, they are serving egg with bread but what about vegetarians like me, they should have much more options like fruits watermelon, cakes, poori sabji, etc.

Though the bedsheets looked white and clean from outside when I slept on it there hair strands and itching started on my body after sometime, the blanket was very thin, at night it started to feel cold I requested the receptionist to provide me an extra blanket but he did not respond to me, But when I constantly requested him for 1 hour then he came and reduced the temperature but I suffered till that time, in the evening I went out to eat some food around 6 pm and when I came back around 7 pm the main door was locked I pressed the door bell many times but nobody opened the door the after sometime some guest came and help me to enter from the back door, I have leave early in the morning so I requested for breakfast which was suppose to be given between 8am to 10 am I was feeling really very hungry for 2 hours but they gave me breakfast after 10am again I suffered for 2 hours and also they don't give free tea they charge 20 rupees for the tea, generally tea is free in the breakfast at all places but they charged me 20 rupees for it, overall very bas service I will not recommend this place.

The room servant was good but the house owner's servant was cocky. I had the worst experience because unfortunately, I faced no water supply for about 5 hours in the morning. When I asked for help from the house owner's servant, he said he didn't care. This kind of behavior in the morning can create chaos in the customer's mind if he or she has an exam on that day. I don't know whether they care about these things but this kind of behavior should not be allowed.

The location was good. That place is good for students.
