lift is odd - door is on half floor . .so you need always to hndle luggage over stairs. road to hotel is bad .... but lead to hotel :) . luckily i do not need kitchen . but kithen is empty... except induction coocker.

i got apartmant .... nice daily room and nice sleep room. bad is too soft for my opinion but ok. AC in function with ceil centilator (standard in india). decent bathroom with very good water pressure. hotel manager call me for detail of my arrival .

There aren’t any shops or restaurants nearby. However, Prasad got us whatever we wanted.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Prasad was extremely helpful. He made sure our stay at the apartment went smoothly. Very positive young man who is a credit to your company. There were two other staff. Both of their name is Arun. They were very helpful too. Price was very reasonable. Closer to the airport. Nice, clean and quiet place.

It was hard to find and didn’t really come up on a gps- anyone we were meeting there we had to share our location with them so they could find it.

This property was clean and quiet. The first apartment we were in had bad a/c in one of the rooms and it wasn’t cooling it off. The staff there quickly moved us to another room that did have good a/c. There isn’t a restaurant on site and when the say they have room service that means they can order out for you which worked for us👍🏼 Our apartment had a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, dishes, coffee, and bottles of water. The shower was the best one I had while in India for 2 weeks. I spent only one night here before flying out. It is not near any stores or restaurants.

Service need to be improved. No greetings on arrival. I book a deluxe room but funny thing here is its a apartment converted into hotel actually so, in a flat basically two rooms with hall and kitchen. So, I was expecting whole flat will be mine if o book once arrived and paid to the hotel and later on staff told me that hall is sharing and kitchen how it works sharing isn't silly and u are paying too much money. I was really disappointed that day. May be booking.com shows something and hotel will costs something. I suggest booking.com need to make a survey. Even they dont provide a wifi password until unless u ask ..low level staff are there ..rooms are ok appreciative but service is very bad no i should say worst.

Hotel was so unhygienic. Towels were black , bedsheets and pillowcase werr dirty and full of hair.When I called the manager up in the room and showed him everything and showed him the toilet seat full with pee stains .He was like what you want me to do.I was shocked with his reaction and I told him that I paid money for this room and expected it to be cleaned. He said every one pay money and it happens sometime when we don't clean the room.i was shocked .I took pictures of the room.it was so unhygienic that my son got hives.it took them 1 hour to clean our room and change all the bedsheets while we were waiting at the hotel.Mind we checked in at 5 pm .and when I asked for the hotel receipt Manager refused to give us the receipt and started asking us more money .it is a shady business. Manager is very shaddy. When I asked for owners information they refused to provide it to me.I really recommend people with kids not to stay there.

The bathroom was quite small but we only stayed one night so was OK for us

Great staff, excellent location close to the airport, onsite food which was good. The apartment was large and had superb facilities like a fridge, big TV and a kitchen

The room was clean and hygienic. The amenities like AC and TV was working fine (which mostly don’t work in other stays). The lighting and decor was also comforting. Arun bhaiya was especially helpful. He helped us in getting breakfast, other rations and cab needs.
