Kitchen facilities were limited with broken appliances.

I have stayed here twice. The single rooms are small and extremely basic indeed, but affordable. The twin rooms are to a different standard however, with a good private bathroom, comfortable bed, and small dining table. There is free parking in the area (often a problem with other properties) and a cheap supermarket next door. This is a self service (enter via a code) property, but the communication was exceptional. The property was very clean.

We stayed at that property for 3 nights. The self-check-in instructions were clear and easy, and had been sent one day in advance. It was a simple room on the ground floor in a house with a shared kitchen. Yet we had a bathroom in the room. It generally took 20 minutes to get to the town hall on foot. There is a Bonus supermarket next building down the road, which was very handy. There was a comfortable bed, a TV, a small coffee table and a hanger in the room. The private bathroom was quite nice. The shared kitchen was well equipped with a microwave, a refrigerator, a toaster, an oven, a kettle, some crockery, etc. There were also some tea/coffee available in the kitchen. The room was warm as there were some heated radiators. Yet it wasn’t quite clean, but we didn’t care much about that. Overall, that homestay can be recommended as a price/quality ratio is utterly honest for Reykjavik.

You can never see a staff if you have to ask something.! Also, my check out is 11:30 a.m. but at 11:00 a.m.the front door is already open which I think they're telling you to move out.

Location is great, if you are on budget especially food and prefer to make your own sandwich the grocery store is next to the building. Also,close to bus stop 12. Thirty minutes walk to the city center.

Photos should be made clearer room 101 is a tiny , triangle shape also the mattress isn’t really a matter , it could do with a proper one to make it more comfortable. Also doesn’t advertise it has no heating in the room there was a small radiator but can imagine how cold the room back get

The room was basic but is good value for money and has everything you need for traveling. Easy parking as the hotel shared very detailed free parking space with us and we could luckily find one. Location is also close to Bonus supermarket which closes at 8PM. Overall a very good stay.

The room was extremely small. The other guests there at the time were not very responsible or clean. One night I came back to the inn and the front door was wide open. Several times the toilet was left unflushed.

The bed was not comfortable and sheets were a little dirty. Felt like some things were missing from an apartment (no bottle opener, only 1 knife available, 1 tee towel for all the guests that got dirty relatively quick) and bathroom was also very small.

Property was a great location with free parking always available near by. Grocery store across the street was very convenient. Shared space had a nice living room and kitchen area.

Lovely property - AirBNB style with private room and shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. Room was on the small side but overall clean and tidy. Kitchen facilities were good (cutlery, sink, crockery etc). Overall good location close to Reykjavik city centre. Free parking right outside property
