I was expecting two rooms instead it was the double and two singles in one room. I may have misunderstood. But it satisfied our needs. The surrounds and breakfast was sensational, and welcome considering we were on a late night flight and collection from the airport was very efficient and welcome.

Only slight downside was the very creaky floor boards but only a minor gripe.

Easy to phone from airport and being picked up by taxi. Room was clean and staff friendly. Flight from Dublin Airport was delayed by two hours but no problem being picked up later than expected.

This is an extremely old building with thin walls and squeaky floors but great charm. The AC unit in our room was very noisy so the manager shut it off for us, but because of that it was a little warm at night.

Cool 300 year old farm house. There were a lot of original features and furniture. The outside garden was very relaxing and the indoor pool was a treat. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful and included fruit, veggies, eggs, meats and cheeses, different types of juices, tea coffee, pastries, etc. Full breakfast started at 7am. Before that there was coffee and croissants only. As there were not many restaurants close, they offered a free shuttle, in the evening, to a pizzeria nearby. There was also croissants, apples, oranges and bottled water for guests on a table near the check-in. Their airport shuttle option was 15€ for up to 2 people plus 5€ per extra person. This hotel was fairly easy to get to from the Mestre Train Station by taking the #15 bus and getting off at Tessera Central bus stop. From that bus stop there was an easy 10 min walk to the hotel.

The restsurant sent to was expdnsive for the value. I ordered cesear salad.....to much sauce all over it, not a true cesear salad. 1 salad 1 chips 2 proseccos 33 euro

The space was a bit outdated but charming. It is an intimate setting so you share a courtyard with all the other rooms, but I had no problems.

The shuttle service was very convenient and super easy to organize.

Shower door was very flimsy. Stairway to the pool was not very clean. It would be great to have somewhere to leave clothes and towel in the pool room.

Loved the location - close to the airport and easy to get to Venice by bus. Staff was very friendly. We were welcomed with croissants and fruit. Pool and sauna are a nice addition. Shuttle to the airport was smooth.

I didn’t like that there was nothing nearby. Getting to and from the Mestre train station was not fun. We had to pay €30 form the train station to the hotel every time we went anywhere. There is a bus station, but that wasn’t always reliable. It would be great if the hotel offered shuttles to & from the train station. It is very close to Marco Polo airport, so that is very convenient.

I loved this property! I’ve always wanted to stay in an old bed & breakfast and this one was great! The property was very clean and I found it to be very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, very filling. The breakfast wasn’t jncluded, we had to pay €10, but it was worth the money. The staff was pleasant and reliable. We reserved a shuttle to the airport and it was there ahead of time, that was great!

Ideally located 5 mins from Venice airport, as instructed I called and they sent their minivan to collect us. Quick check in, they gave us some free cold water, then straight to our room. This BnB is a little gem. So quiet at night locally. the swimming pool is just what you need after a day wandering around Venice. Easy 30 min bus ride to Venice too. Nice breakfast selection too.

Though it’s near the airport, the location seemed out of the way and difficult for us as we had bit of luggage and had to drag it all the way to the nearest bus stop. Anyone with less less luggage maybe okay.

The staff were very friendly. The gentleman at the reception in the morning guided us to take the bus to the city centre and train from St Lucia station. He was kind and patient enough to guide us on the directions as well as transport needs. Kudos to the staff!!

Check-in process was slow. Entrance from road wasn't clear, drove past entrance first time and then ended up in wrong car park the second time.
