Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

Tobia and Mamma Maria will make you feel at home immediately. Tobia knows everything about the environment, the hikes you can do and the places you can visit at the Amalfi coast. Mamma Maria cooks the most amazing food, it’s obvious that she puts lots of love in her cooking! They only use local ingredients, and you can really taste that (make sure to try their home made wine and limoncello!!). We felt so welcome and at home for the past 3 nights, we really recommend this amazing agriturismo. The room is clean and the location is great. We can’t wait to come back!

GermanyThe highlight of our 2-week vacation in Italy. The agriturismo is incredibly beautiful. Everything is homegrown - from zucchini, to peppers, to tomatoes and even their own wine (which was almost too delicious - I would have loved to take a few bottles with me). Tobia and his parents are super hosts! "Mama Maria" as we were allowed to call her is the dear soul of the accommodation. We participated 4 times in the family style dinner for which she (Maria) cooked. It was always super delicious and everything came either from their own garden or from the immediate neighbors (eg for meat or cheese). The dinner should definitely be taken - 4 typical Italian courses, 1 bottle of wine per couple and a super exuberant mood. By the way, the same goes for breakfast! The view from our room (with balcony) to the property as well as the coast etc. was breathtaking. Tobia is always available for questions and tips. He even drives you to the starting point of the path of the gods, etc.. I can only recommend the accommodation!

United StatesNothing. Everything was perfect.
Tobia and his mom welcome and treat you like family. Their terraced farm is charming. The location is beautiful, set high above the Amalfi coast. The evening meals are very good, with each course described by Tobia. At 25 euros, the meal is a bargain (includes locally made wine). Breakfasts are included and are more than ample. Highest recommendation for the Agri Nonno Tobia.

ItalyRecommended to anyone who wants to try the real Agriturismo experience. Tobia and family welcomed us and made us feel at home from the very first day, told us the story of the family and the agriturismo, showed us around and gave us all the information, tips and tricks needed to enjoy our stay in the Costiera Amalfitana. Finally, we stayed at dinner one night, and we really enjoyed mamma Maria's special cooking with the products from their land. Thank you again for everything!

NetherlandsEverything was perfect, we cannot name something we didn’t like about the property because we loved it a lot.
The warm feeling that makes you feel like home plus the well blending with the nature. It is the perfect retreat where we found our peace, quiet and love. Could easily call it home because we had there everything needed for a complete set-up and a perfect honeymoon. Maria, Umberto and Tobia were amazing hosts who made us feel royal but also home sharing with us stories, tips and great hospitality. Their home-grown food is something we really enjoyed because it was not treated with any chemicals and both our bodies and souls loved it! We will definitely return with big pleasure because it was for sure the best place we visited so far!

IsraelI recently had the pleasure of staying at Tobias wonderful accommodation, and I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude and share my experience. First and foremost, I must commend you on the warm and welcoming atmosphere that you and your family have created. From the moment I arrived, I felt like a part of your family. Your genuine hospitality and friendly nature made me feel right at home. One aspect that truly stood out to me was the availability of Tobia and the attentiveness of your family throughout my stay. It was incredibly comforting to know that there was always someone available to assist me, no matter the time of day or night. This level of dedication and commitment to your guests is truly commendable. Moreover, the location of your place is simply breathtaking. Nestled amidst nature, it provided a serene and tranquil environment that allowed me to truly unwind and reconnect with the beauty of the surroundings. The peacefulness and tranquility of the area were exactly what I needed to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, my experience at your accommodation was nothing short of exceptional. Your warm family business, combined with the availability around the clock and the beautiful location, created a memorable and enjoyable stay. I cannot thank you enough for your hospitality and for making my trip truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend your accommodation to anyone seeking a peaceful and welcoming retreat in the midst of nature. Thank you once again for everything, and I hope to have the opportunity to visit again in the future. Warm regards,

United KingdomEverything was impecable.
I have never experienced such good hospitality while on holidays! I felt I was apart of the family, the food was incredible (£25pp for dinner, no menu, just proper authentic Italian food cooked by the incredible Maria), same with breakfasts, the cakes the eggs… everything! Tobia recommended so many things, answered every question, helped so much. This is agritourism at its best! Pool isn’t really big but enough to cool down. The property is at the top of a village, bus stops nearby, we used it once. We drove the rest of the days and had free parking. It isn’t the most convenient place to get to, but that’s what you get from staying away from the coast. I can’t recommend this place enough! 100% would stay again. Thank you for making us feel so special and help us with everything!

United StatesThis space was an amazing and a valued respite from the bustle and crowds of Amalfi and Positano. Situated in the agrarian hills above the coast, this wonderful agriturismo provided the calm we needed to best enjoy the region. Host Tobia and Chef Maria we’re simply amazing…friendly, accommodating, informative, and fun. We participated in the cooking experience and throughly enjoyed our lesson and menu. Our room was well apportioned and the balcony probably coded and excellent view of Agerola. The quiet nights were welcome. There are a host of local restaurants with exceptional food but, really, you probably don’t need a break from the dinners provided at the farm!! Exceptional!! Will return!!

Amazing hosts and great atmosphere, very warm welcoming, fantastic home made food and wine! Tobia and Maria are fantastic hosts, Tobia sent us very useful and detailed explanation how to find the place and gave us a very detailed presentation of areas around and places to visit. The house is very nice, clean and well maintained, free parking on site, outdoor space to relax and pool, although we were off the season and had some rain. Breakfast was amazing, home made pastries and cakes and delicious eggs, huge thanks Maria for your "Uovo all'occhio di bue"! We had exceptional dinners, cooked with home grown organic products and lots of love! Lovely red wine, great food, lovely hosts that made us feel like family members, what more would you need! IndiaI would suggest going by own car as bus transport is little sporadic and journey can get uncomfortable as buses are over crowded.
The hospitality is amazing- Period. If you want to get authentic italian flavour with a countryside stay-go for it. They serve the most authentic italian food which is made fresh from their own grown produce. The hosts are very warm & generous and even helped us in pick up & drop. If you go by bus, please be specific and know the stop where you want to stop since Agerola is a pretty big town.

United StatesMy host were exceptional!! Before and during my stay- Tobia is a fantastic communicator, efficient, helpful and responsive. The property is very peaceful and lovely- and a nice reprive from Rome and a genuine taste of life in a more rural setting( Although there is a lovely town a couple mins away). This is a truly working farm - and the family works so hard-and our meals all displayed what amazing produce grown on the land.. Our chef Maria- besides being a bright welcoming soul —I cannot say enough here to paint an accurate picture of her warmth, heart and great food that all left me happy in every way. It was so sad to say goodbye and my cup was full for my journey - I hope to be back! +++It's an amazing spot to walk the path of the gods from as the trail starts in Agerloa where the farm is!
