- in the shower there is only a shower rain head and it's fixed in the wall (no hand / detachable shower head) - not many storage spaces in the bathroom or in the room - no TV (even in the photos apears)...but we don't need it...so for us is not a problem.

- Location is very nice with a beautiful garden and view - The host Sandro and his sister are very kind and helpful. - The breakfast was pretty good, as for italian standards. - Pretty close to all the important tuscan villages.

The location was very quiet and peaceful. The apartment had everything required and our hosts were very attentive. The breakfast was tremendous with a good range of locally produced and home made fare. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Beautiful location in vineyard and the surrounding forest. Nice garden to sit at in the evening or morning. You eat in a cute converted barn for breakfast. Breakfast had both sweet and savory options. Host was very accommodating and nice. The room was spotless and was beautiful inside. Would highly recommend!

We had such a nice and relaxing stay. Sando, the owner, gave us a free tasting of his delicious wines and a cellar tour. His sister prepared a delicious breakfast and coffee every morning. They were so kind and Sandro is very knowledgeable about his craft. The apartment was clean. The views are unbeatable!

What can I say? Sandro and his sister, Sylvia, are amazing hosts!! Staying on his little plot of land where Sandro grows grapes and makes his wine was amazing!! Sylvia made sure everything was spotless and had the most amazing breakfast spread!

Better way to contact staff and get a timely response. Wasn’t a huge problem, but we did have to find somebody in person to ask questions usually. The host wouldn’t respond for a few hours on booking.com.

The room and bathroom were a great size for what we paid, and so was the atmosphere. The grounds were beautiful and the family/owners were very kind and fun to chat with. Breakfast was great as well. Our stay here was one of the highlights of our trip!

Sandro and Silvia were very welcoming. They offered us a very nice wine tasting and a local food breakfast. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful. You can make a beautiful walk or ride a bike. The stay was very pleasant. We truly recommend the place!

I really can't think of anything to criticize. The kettle and instant coffee in the room is not to my liking, but it seems to be the custom throughout europe.

Our room came with a lovely terrace overlooking the vineyards and a large garden with picnic tables and fresh fruit growing on the trees. The view overlooking the valley was spectacular. The breakfast was excellent. Fresh figs from the garden with a selection of fruit, cheese and meats along with pastry, breads, juice. Everything you could want, and fresh made to order coffee, espresso or capuccino -all served by the family owners. We also had a private tour of the cellars and processing areas and wine tasting with Sandro, whose name is on the bottle. The wines were excellent and it was such a different experience to get to actually chat with the wine maker and owner. Also, I must mention their recommendation for dinner at Osterio Cacio e Pepe. Amazing!

Everything was perfect! The only thing is that there is no restaurant near the property, so for lunch you have to drive/ walk 1-2 km

The stay at Oliviera is amazing! The house is super cozy and the vine tasting was delicious! Not to forget the views from the balcony- stunning! Sylvia and Sandro were super responsive and eager to help with all difficulties! All in all stay was amazing!

- A/C broke during the very first night, but it’s gotten repaired before the next night. - be prepared, that the wine is rather an expensive one - there are tiny mosquitos getting active (and also incredibly effective) around dusk. Feel warned.

+ The apartment was spacious + eating a breakfast with cappuccino in the garden and seeing the stunning wine yard is just priceless + the host was helpful and open + he was also really well prepared wine tasting + wine it self is really good
