Location was an easy 10 min walk, with no stairs if you have luggage , to the Grand Canal for the water bus. Easy and short walks to all the squares San Marco square is 10 min. The room was beautiful and extremely clean. Shower was nice and hot with good water pressure. Breakfast is included and wonderful. Many choices, fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, breads, pastry, eggs, bacon, yogurt, nuts, dried fruit, granola, pancakes, waffles, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We loved the location, walking distance to everyplace we wanted to go. The breakfast was probably one of the best we have ever had. The staff was very accommodating. Rooms are small but very comfortable.

A little bit over priced. Breakfast service didn't start until 7/8 we did get a take away breakfast which was a bottle of water a piece of fruit, a yoghurt and a rice cake. So not really worth the request.

Right in the center of Venice in a quiet court yard. Beautiful building. Because our room was delayed we sat in the small bar/lounge area with a free bottle of champagne.

No tv in the room, but who wants it? Price is expensive but as all of the hotels in Venice, it's the city.

It was the only hotel with all the specifications we wanted cause we have a little baby, that is elevator, bath and not a shower and a kettle for hot water (wasn't in the room when arrived and asked for it). Very big beds and really comfortable. Very good breakfast, totally worth it. Big variety. Very close to st mark square and passing from a nice street with many gondolas every day. Quiet, it is like private. 24hour reception desk. Also 5% discount if you pay cash.

The staff is very helpful and attentive. Very good atmosphere in the hotel. Everything is very close. Although it is in the very center I was surprised that it was quiet in the room indeed. Nice pastries for breakfast beside all the usual staff.

Beautiful hotel in a hidden square (wasn’t easy to find even after 4 nights) close to Rialto. Very quiet, immaculate, all staff were friendly and helpful, great breakfast with different buffet options every morning, all delicious. Our room was cleaned daily although we wouldn’t expect it and didn’t ask. Just excellent!

The period we were in Venice was quite hot and AC was still not available in the hotel since they turn it on from May. However, thankfully the windows opened and a nice breeze came in. There was a slight annoyance with the flushing it somehow got stuck and water kept coming out in the toilet causing the flushing to constantly refill. The sound was a bit annoying especially during the night. TV in the room was very small.

The room was comfortable and had a very comfy bed. Lots of extra pillows and blankets. Breakfast was also very good with quite a few selections depending what you fancy. Staff was also very friendly and nice.
